“I cannot say enough about the Concord Animal Hospital. Dr. Fritz is truly exceptional. She is so thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and genuinely dedicated to the health and well-being of my cat, Moses. She takes the time to address every concern and is always prompt in following up with test results. The entire staff is equally wonderful - always kind, courteous, professional and welcoming. It is very clear that everyone cares greatly about animals there. Without a doubt, Concord Animal Hospital is the best veterinary hospital in the area. I am so grateful for the care Moses receives and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.”
“My husband and I recently adopted a very anxious little dog. I let them know before we took her in. We were a bit anxious about how she would do, but the whole staff was wonderful! Dr. Wu was able to get her all caught up on vaccines and get bloodwork done. She allowed her to stay with my husband, (her chosen person,) so that she felt safe. Something a lot of vets have gotten away from is allowing the pets to stay with their people, I absolutely love that they understand it is better for all involved to let them feel safe.”

“Commonwealth is the truly the best vet. They were always amazingly accommodating, knowledgeable, communicative, and caring for our dog for the 6 years we lived in Boston.
Having recently moved to Manhattan, we visited multiple vets in NYC about a mass on our dog's back. After biopsies of some smaller lumps, we were told that this larger mass was just another lipoma and did not need biopsy. Concerned about it still, we returned to Commonwealth and we are so glad we did. Dr. Lieberman biopsied the mass the same day, gave us an answer that it was concerning for cancer, and referred us to an appropriate specialist who fit us in to be seen the next day.
Our family cannot express how much we've appreciated the expertise and thoughtful care we've experienced at Commonwealth over the last 8 years. All of their staff are simply amazing.”

“I just adopted an 8 month female tabby, and brought her to the Middlesex County animal hospital for a post adoption wellness check. This was my first time to this specific clinic. Dr. Swinarski, was wonderful. It was easy to set an appointment and her work was patient , gentle and thorough.”
“We’ve had a few appointments for different things in a short time this year so I am going to break this up into those few different areas.
- Several months ago we brought Finn our five year-old boxer into Countryside for his first appointment. We had moved from NH and switched him from a vet in Nashua. The change over to Countryside for Finn was super smooth and Dr Williams was the best. The rest of the team at Countryside was great as well. Finn had his initial checkup and was due for all of his vaccines. We can’t say enough about how happy we were with the care Finn got.
- We also had Finn evaluated for some dental work. The dental exam showed that Finn was going to need extensive work as his gums had grown around and over some teeth. A common issue with the breed that would require a procedure using a laser to cut the gums back away from the teeth. We set that appointment as well and a few weeks later came back for that procedure. During that treatment, the doctor found multiple infections and teeth that needed to be removed. They kept us aware every step of the way and removed all the damaged teeth and infection. The transformation was amazing and recovery was extremely smooth for Finn. He was also quite clearly more comfortable now that all of his teeth and gum issues were corrected.
- Finn used to get a medication prescribed that made him super lethargic and I didn’t like that side effect for him. I mentioned it to Dr. Williams who prescribed him a different medication that works perfectly and doesn’t make him lethargic at all.
- Lastly, we’ve also started a regular schedule for grooming every 8 weeks or so. Having the veterinary and grooming services under one roof is super convenient.
Again, we just can’t say enough about the care we’ve gotten at Countryside. If I could recommend them a 20 out of 10 I would.

“The staff here are great! My poor furbaby, Freddie, was sick and although they weren’t my vet they took him in when my mother in law brought him and took care of him lovingly. They were transparent about cost and only did things with our approval including holding off on blood work if he was not okay this morning (thankfully he is fine and chipper as he normally is). I am so thankful for everyone here and will definitely make them my primary vet if they will take Freddie on. I definitely recommend them!!”

“Dr. C, Dr. Rabaut, Dr. Brady, and Dr. Pocher have been an exceptional support system for Rascal since we brought him home as a puppy. They’ve been there every step of the way, providing guidance and care. They’ve handled all his medical needs, from neutering and vaccinations to removing a growth. As new dog owners, we’ve had numerous questions, and they’ve always been more than willing to help. Their front desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful, even amidst the daily influx of questions and calls. A special thank you to Brandon from the front desk! Their prices are also quite reasonable, but as pet owners, I highly recommend getting an insurance plan for emergencies.”

“Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. “They've been able to get my dogs in for urgent appointments, and we moved our elderly husky there because they were able to get her in same day for an urgent foot issue that ultimately required surgical intervention that they performed. She did fantastic, we were there several times over two weeks for follow ups. Had another urgent issue arise and they were still able to fit in same day.”
