Outstanding pharmacy service by Dr. Patel and team. Cuts through red tape, pro-actively fills prescriptions for drugs in short supply, facilitates substitutions when drugs are unavailable, regards the customers as his patients, which they are. Such personalized attention is almost impossible to find these days. Well worth the one minor nuisance here (pharmacy section closed on weekends).

What kind of pharmacy operates on weekdays only? Furthermore, opens at 10am and closes at 6pm, making it inaccessible to anyone with a job. This place does.

The absolute worst: Worst employees, Worst management, Worst selection, Worst prices, Worst customer service. Even if you have to go to a different town, avoid this place like the black plague. That a company can handle itself so badly in this day and age is baffling.

Absolutely horrible. I thought CVS was the bottom of the barrel. I was wrong.Need to pick up a prescription on a weekend? Oooh, sorry, as Alex Trebek used to say. No weekend pharmacy hours.Need to speak to a human being to find out whether your prescription is ready (no chance of getting that information online)? Either you won't get anyone on the line or if you do, the person will put you on hold and forget about you.Care about the environment? Your prescription in a small vial will be delivered in maximally wasteful packaging.Did I mention the time, recently, when I bought something and went to the register to pay for it, only to be sneezed upon by the clerk, no attempt to cover his face or turn away. This place is a nightmare that I will never patronize again. I suggest you do the same.

I had a great experience with the employees that work in the pharmacy. This is the second time I've needed help with out of town prescriptions. Will continue to use this pharmacy.

1. Pharmacy hours are limited. And they often seem to be closed during posted hours.2. They are often missing a drug so you have to go elsewhere.3. If the above haven't already happened, the prescription likely isn't filled.I live close and wanted something convenient. My experience here has been anything but that. Am changing my default pharmacy to something that turns a 5 minute drive into a 15 minute one.

There is an a Walgreens on earth that is run worse than this one. The store should be permanently closed, it is a disgrace. So poorly run, so miss managed, always understaffed, never able to answer the phone, never fill the prescription. Need to check out? No one's at the register. Want to come during normal business hours? Closed for days! Strongly recommend you fill your prescriptions and shop elsewhere.

Good location, easy parking, quick in and out. Always has what I'm looking for including hard to find compression socks. Friendly helpful employees.

1 Star for not accepting Fedex drop off boxes and providing extremely lame excuses. The epitome of poor customer service.

The pharmacy is awful. We never used to have any problems with them, but they have been using floating pharmacists who are nasty and unhelpful. One of them has been particularly rude to my teenage daughter and later to my wife on multiple occasions. We'll be moving over the CVS in the new year.

Just returned from Walgreens at Lowell road where I had a confirmed appointment for a shot. Pharmacy locked up and closed. Management clearly incompetent. Stay away

First I want to point out that this is not to bash any of the employees that work at this location, it's Walgreens buying out Rite Aid I'm upset about. Refilling prescriptions is more of a headache than it ever was before, when Rite Aid's automated refill service was fine. The Walgreens one is so incompetent, bugged and flawed it's enough to make you want to throw your phone against a wall. OH, and they CLOSED THE PHARMACY COMPLETELY ON WEEKENDS. THAT IS SO DISGUSTING. That was definitely a dumbass move. People will not be happen. I feel badly for those who have worked at this store for years and had to be bought out by the shady Walgreens CVS wannabe store.

Avoid this place if possible. Employee at pharmacy is very toxic! We had a 4pm appointment for flu shots, arrived on time. However somehow the pharmacist (female) is very frustrated we are coming for the appointment and told us pharmacy is understaffed, 3 walk in before us and she have to leave early that day at 6pm.Since there are two hours left, should have plenty time and we do made the reservation as well, so we said we can wait her finish those 3 walk in.Then she start to complain that putting our info will take her another half hours blah blah blah… and do not even want to start. It seems like customer is their problem.Without the customer, is she having this job?We decided to walk away and don’t want to continue arguing. And this is actually not our first time having bad experience. If you are ok begging for their service, tolerate being treated badly and refused the service at the end, then maybe. We would never comeback to this and any Walgreens.

Great pharmacy. Very very thorough and kind. We had a specialty medicine that was hard to get. I also had an issue with my insurance and they straightened it out. Excellent knowledgeable pharmacist helped.

i spoke with two pharmacists there over the phone. there was a younger sounding one who was pleasant. but the older sounding one, wow. what a rude pharmacist. was very impatient in answering my questions about medicine availability and just acted like she could not wait to hang up with/on me soon enough.
