I chose the West Concord Pharmacy to pick up my medications because of its location, between Emerson hospital and my home. My meds were ready when i walked into the store, straight ahead was the counter and at least two people behind it ringing up customers, I quickly paid and left. Over time i learned to renew my meds over the phone easily, and soon the clerks recognized me as I walked in, and had my prescription at the counter by the time i got there. You can count on efficient and friendly service at WCP, in a timely fashion. Prices on otc goods are modest as well, a surprise for the area!

Was in the store today with my two young girls. The lady behind me in line was waved in front of me. The women started laughing. Seems like they may be friends and that was reason enough to cut her in front of me. I left and went to CVS where the prices were lower anyways. They can have fun only doing business with their friends, I wont be back.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location. Large inventory of devices for physical ailments. Pharmacists are excellent! As a not very satisfied CVS customer, I am extremely happy that I switched to the West Concord Pharmacy.

West Concord Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in the area. I drive an extra 15 minutes each way to fill my prescriptions because they are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and a shear pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend West Concord Pharmacy.

West Concord Phatmacy is our town gem with expert caring pharmacists, great supply/selection, fair pricing and helpful staff. Choose West Concord Pharmacy because they are consistently outstanding. CVS or Walgreen don’t come remotely close. Why support the large chains?

Switched to West Concord pharmacy recently, we have been extremely happy with them. They have the perks of the larger chains but with a more personal, local feel. The other day, I forgot my wallet, and only had a few bucks on me. The clerk just spotted me the money for a product I really needed at the time to help me out (I paid her back the next day)!

Overpriced on everything. Staff makes you feel like you are bothering them….what a great feeling as a customer, sorry I meant ex customer. God the 7-11 two doors down is a much better place, and they talk to your u like you’re a PERSON. AVOID!!
