Mike was extraordinarily helpful over the phone. He took time to answer my questions about old quarry stone foundations, and offered excellent insight regarding drainage options and different engineering services. So glad I called him. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Mike. If you are buying a house and want it checked over to make sure you are not getting in over your head - he is the guy to call. I would never buy another house again with out him inspecting it first. I bought an old home and was concerned about the foundation and the bones of the house. Most housing inspectors can not do structural inspection (read the fine print). He saved me thousands of dollars and time. A mason was trying to tell me I needed a foundation wall replaced for 16k. Mike confirmed this was not the case. He went above and beyond explaining to me what issues should be addressed and in what order for the whole house. Even my realtor was impressed. And he is reasonably priced. He is also just a nice guy and very professional.
