“I want to start saying that I had the best experience at purchasing my new car. My sales associate was Habib and he did an amazing job. I purchased my car at the end of September and he made the entire process so smooth. His manager, Alcir, was very helpful at the time of purchase. But Habib went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He followed up with me to check how I was liking the car and made sure to answer all my questions. After a month and a half, I had some stuff happened and again, Habib went above and beyond to make sure to help me. I’m so thankful to him for all the help. Habib is definitely the best!”

“After our car was hit while parked by the curb we had damage to the front of the car, both front tires needed to be replaced, and the power steering was out. David took care of everything for us and dealt with the insurance too!
Even months later we noticed a slight alignment issue, he took care of the issue free of charge in just a matter of days before Christmas.
Both times he provided us with pickup service from the local enterprise car rental and negotiated great rates for the rental. When we picked up our repaired car we were able to leave the rental at the body shop and he had enterprise come pick it up, very convenient!
I highly recommend going to North Shore Auto Body, and they really stand by the work that they do.

“They did a fantastic job on my wife's Jeep compass buffin it out and waxing it they also did a very detailed reconditioning inside play paid attention to every detail all the nooks and crannies in both glove boxes and removing the tape glue residue on my sunroof my wife and I were very satisfied with the cost of the job”

“Dave is a very friendly, helpful and honest mechanic. That day a piece of metal started to hang under my car and make scratching noises while driving over bumps. I stopped by at Dave’s place. He was very kind to put aside his work and checked my car. He explained to me what it was (heat shield) and removed the hanging part for me without charge. Thank you Dave.”
“Came in just after 9am on a Sunday morning for a battery swap. The only staff member on duty (another was evidently late) was helpful and courteous despite being all on his own. Only surprise was the slight anxiety about installing a 12V battery on an EV; they have a display at the front advertising the same battery. In either case, he was quite helpful. Hopefully the other employee made it in later in the morning.”

“The service man I had when I initially checked in was very nice, personable and professional. The wait (even though I did have an appointment & did make it the same day) I waited for over 2 hours for a 10,000 mile Toyota CARE check up which I think is an oil change and tire rotation. They have a separate little waiting area which is quieter with a TV which is usually off so I'm assuming that rooms for maybe people whom wish to read, relax or have babies and the wide open waiting area is pretty comfortable with 2 tv's, wifi & a little coffee shop while you wait and accessible restrooms right there too. The time went by exceptionally fast considering the extra long wait. Over all 7 out of 10”
