I had great service with the attendent Armani! A kind and patient person! I hated when the manager said “YOU SHOULD NOT SPEAK SPANISH, ONLY ENGLISH”, that was so rude! Armani, you were amazing with your service today! Thanks!

I called for a battery and installation. They said they had the battery and can install today for free. I got there 20 minutes later. They knew they were doing the install as I repeated what was said on the phone. After I purchased, they told me they couldn’t do the install because they were too busy. Not going into detail as to our conversation after that as it’s to much!!! Needless To say, I will never be going back there!!!! And I strongly suggest you go down the street to the other place!!!

I went to autozone yesterday because my keyless fob remote battery was so low that my car gave me the warning. The employee changed out the battery for me and was so kind. I just want everyone to know this staff was so supportive that I will use this store when needed. Thank you again.

The team at Autozone in Danvers was so helpful when I thought I needed to change my battery. They tested it first and it turned out I only needed a battery cleaning kit. Such nice guys and great service, thank you!

Walked in with a question and their customer service went above and beyond to help me. Not only had my regular garage told me there was nothing they could do without an appointment, a young man at your store looked and found only a loose wire was my problem. Made my day.
