Love all the new classes here.. great teachers.. still love my bikram practice.. but expand has brought expansion into my love for Yoga.. Do also love the infrared.. wish I could do every day! 🥰

Mel and Heather are so wonderful! I love this studio. The interior is amazing, clean, and cozy. Mel is so fun and kind, she makes it a point to get to know each student. Heather is incredibly knowledgable and welcoming as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

New and very much improved!! Large variety of classes and times. Teachers are great. Studio is clean and welcoming.
