“I first came to Precious Memories to try on wedding dresses. I remember I loved my experience then because the shop is wide, clean and expansive. Dressing rooms are large and the try on experiences were fun.
The associates were kind and helpful and I while I didn’t find my dress there,
I ended up purchasing my veil, an hairpiece earrings and jeweled ribbon belt from them.
Their bridal accessories are truly top notch!
Fast forward 12 years to now, after we sadly lost my house and belongings to a house fire.
I reached out to the store and Kim, the owner, helped me track down my receipt for insurance processing. Truly above and beyond customer service and I would recommend to anyone for the quality products, personalized experience and customer service in the Boston area!”

“I had the privilege of working with Heidi, the owner of Bella Sera bridal where I found the perfect mother-of-the- groom dress for my son‘s wedding. Heidi was extremely patient with me and made me feel like I was the only person in the store, even though she was dealing with multiple customers. I had been to countless bridal salons before coming to Bella Sera and the salon is by far the best. The selection of dresses is fabulous! I found the most beautiful dress and it was a “showstopper!” My family and friends couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the dress was and how it fit me to a T. It was wonderful that they have an on-site seamstress to make sure it fit so perfectly. I also found the perfect earrings to go with the dress. Heidi and her team are fabulous.
