The rep said id have to go to a larger/busier store for that. Still great experience and open box specials here can be a very significant savings! That said I have purchased an openbox item online and when I arrived to pickup my purchase...it was sold! I was so psyched for these speakers and were a great deal. I didnt think that could happen after purchasing. That aside the manager was super helpful, hooked me up with another option and went the xtra mile for me especially as i was there pushing closing and never made me feel rushed!”
