Had a great experience here today. Went in for 4 winter tires to be mounted and balanced! We were able to drop off the car, do some shopping, and once finished car was done and waiting on us. Tires were marked from there original location and loaded back in our vehicle. There were no issues or slow downs. Great service and outstanding group of employees. Thank you for everything we will be back in the spring!

The people here are nice.
First, my service guy had said I needed to change tires. It had less than 22K miles on it. I did not trust him well and I checked with the Costco guys and they said I had 1-2 years on this tire at least.
Second, once I deflated my tire by mistake while filling tire at the 2 filling stations. Then my tire was making lot of sound and I was worried if there was something wrong with my car. Even though they did not service my car, they helped me and went above and beyond. One of the guys even took a ride with me in my car as I was worried there was something wrong.
Highly recommend them. Very honest and down to earth.

Corey is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with in any business/professional capacity. The quality of materials and labor here are top notch and the attention to detail on the service exceeded expectations. I cannot recommend Corey or this location enough. I also had very positive interactions with three other technicians who were extremely pleasant and thorough when asking questions and receiving service.

Dropped my car off 15 minutes early as they said. Was told 45-60 minutes. Waited. 1 hour and 45 minutes while the manager was dealing with another customer. I was told my car just needed to be torqued by the manager who is working with this customer service problem. I was told there’s one manager to deal with customer problems and to torque tires and I would have to wait for him. Totally unacceptable that there is one person that is responsible for doing everything.
When he finally got back to torque my car he started talking with the other mechanics. Very rude. Very disrespectful.if you are coming here to get new tires, DO NOT WAIT and expect BAD customer service.

Wouldn't buy my tires anywhere else. Great service and free rotating tires every 7500 miles. Have been using Costco tires for years. A no brainer.

Somehow I put way too much air in one of my tires. Thinking my tire was gonna blow I asked Brad at the tire dept and he was so helpful and pleasant. Released some of the air and sent me on my way. Thanks Brad!

Third time they don’t even check pressure when switching wheels. Seriously? All 4 were 10 atmospheres less. In the past the crew was more professional. Shame on you.

Stars are for the competitive pricing and being able to do it through Costco. Other than that, customer service is terrible - some of the guys I spoke with were nice, but there is one employee in particular who is extremely rude and condescending. Has no concept of customer service and is enough to keep me from going back.

I got a flat tire and got a quote for a new tire $240.00. I have a membership to Costco so I try them. They changed me $235 plus my annual fee. It would be cheaper at $240.00

Seasonal tire exchange performed without issue. Easily passed the time shopping at Costco.
