Holy cow!!! Where do I start? I've been renting a few storage units from James for the last 6 years. I can tell you that when I first met him, I was completely blown away by his passion for wanting to help me with my needs. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. James was prompt to offer me simple solutions to what I thought was a complex problem. We walked around looking at a few different storage sizes. James quickly and efficiently rented me the storage units and here we are 6 years later and I still have them. Thank you!! All in all, I would give him 10 stars but they limit the review to 5. If you want to be treated with respect like you deserve, go see James, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent for this family owned multi-faceted company of 60 plus employees. Storage to home services beyond the scope of imagination. Kindness, compassion and service place this company as a star performer. My late sister's storage was very protected by management & employees. Great help at a difficultt time.

AS STRESS-FREE AS MOVING CAN BE. This family business offers clean, well-lit, and well-monitored climate controlled units. There's a loading bay that leads directly into the elevator area, and elevators are freight elevators, making it easy to move the contents of an entire unit fairly swiftly. The hallways and unit numbers are well labeled. Off the loading area is the business office, where you can find someone to help, and where you can pick up extra packing boxes and the like if you need them. The Cranneys know their customers, and make it a point to offer good customer service, including reasonable prices. The building is close to 128, and there is plenty of parking in back. For these and other reasons Cranney Storage is a well-established Danvers business.

Very clean, spacious, easy to access, and friendly staff (Wilson, Bowyer, Jackson, and James). James was especially helpful with setting us up and taking extra time to make sure we knew where to find everything for our next visit. Can’t wait to bring in more of my stuff to store!

Can never get into my unit because the loading dock/ and surrounding spaces taken up by Cranney company trucks and workers, th IU s is especially true on weekday mornings

Very clean and well-kept. Front office staff are very helpful. Loading bay in the back with a dock and multiple spaces makes moving items in/out easy. Always plenty of flatbeds available.

For a storage unit it is very clean, comfortable, and the staff is more than helpful. I had visions of cold, dark, and dirty little locker rooms. Nothing like that at all! The price is good, the facility is very clean and warm, they don't charge for the use of a dolly, and they actually help you with anything you need. Highly recommend this storage facility!
