Poor customer service, staff will actually refuse to ring you up and tell you to use the self check out. Maybe cause the understaffing, which seems to be an issue. It's also dirty and poorly managed and maintained.

Horrible, absolutely horrible experience today at this CVS pharmacy and I will never go back there. It was obvious to see that the pharmacists are overworked and understaffed, but it's no excuse for not taking care of the customer right in front of them with a question about a new med. I walked out. I would not recommend doing business at this store.

I was at the CVS on Maple Street. Very helpful the associate approached me asked what I needed. I explained what I was looking for and she went above and beyond to assist me.

The store is fine the only issue there is a corporate issue of understaffing. The pharmacy is the worst. The bearded non-gentleman is useless and rude. He should not be in customer service much less a place where compassion is required. They never answer the phone, make customers wait 30+ minutes to drop off or consult and when they do finally get to you they are too wrapped up in their personal conversations complaining about customers and associates that you have to repeat yourself 3 and 4 times. They refuse to operate as a cash register even though they are at the parking lot entrance. I have repeatedly aske for my elderly mothers meds to be taking off of auto fill because they never seem to fill when they are supposed to and always at different times no matter how many times I get them back on track. They constantly make errors like filling wrong dose or not seeing allergy warnings. There is Absolutely no reason to have 3 CVS in 1 town IUf they would just stop talking and do their jobs you would be able to operate fully with half of the staff. Just shut it down they clearly don't value their jobs.

The pharmacy seems to never have my prescriptions. I use the CVS app and it tells me my prescription is ready but when I go to pick up they never have it. I ran out of a prescription and had to go back every 2 days to get a "temporary refill" for 2 weeks. Went to pick up a prescription today that wasn't ready, they told me 30-45 minutes to fill it so I left and came back. When I got back the pharmacist told me they where out of my prescription and won't have more for 2-4 weeks. I am changing pharmacies.

Awful service at the pharmacy. They didn’t have the prescription I needed for my daughter so after I waited 20 mins on hold for the doctor they had me ask the pharmacy to check other cvs locations, why didn’t they do this when I got there?! This place originally told my doctor they had it in stock 30 mins before I got there so it was their mistake and didnt care. The guy who “helped” me was very rude and rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to check other locations.

3 people working in the pharmacy, only 1 helping customers. Line long all the way to the other exit. The other 2 employees chatting and stocking. No common sense. It's always bad

Had and awful experience at Walgreens today/tonite. Over an hour wait to speak to someone concerning my prescription. Come to find out/ they don't answer the phones . Had doctor call it in to CVS. It went perfect. They answered right away. No delays. It was filled with in 30 minutes. Very impressed. Thank you CVS!

Would be nice if they could actual get insurance information, correct meds etc but have messed up so bad they could have killed someone. Gave me two different brands, wrong dosages, over charged meHad or update my address over and over, updated insurance then still ran it through the wrong one the next time. Pharmacy manager attitude was horrible and rude. Spoke to me like I was 5. Asian Pharmacist told my mom she was a terrible human forNot getting vaxxed at first (she later did) and made threats to her burning license before it was even a mandate!!
