Bad service, I needed to take a picture of the passport of my children and attendant Mrs. Linda, very rude. Unfortunately I don't recommend it and we had a bad experience.

I’m writing today to let you know how horrible I’ve been treated today and Friday evening. I walked into this CVS looking for nylons for a friend, when entering there was no one around. I walk through the store for a while calling for someone to help. Just like other customers. There were two boys behind the scenes whim eventually came out. I mentioned to them that I was calling for them for a while. They did seem to show any empathy. Then today I came back because I left a winning ticket “lottery” on the counter accidentally and came back for it. I asked to speak with a manager, the person, young man said he was the manager and told me he did have it, although he was the one that worked the night it was lost. He then said if it was a winning ticket, why would you leave it behind. I would as very disappointed that there wouldn’t be a lost and found. The ticket was only 5 dollars, but it was more the principal. This manager, then said, it’s Mother’s Day, I’m in a great mood. I honestly think that the tw men that helped me Friday evening weren’t helpful and are very disrespectful. I will not shop her again.

Simon was wonderful helping me with my passport size photos that needed some customization on the size. CVS will remain my go to place for photos and good customer service.

The only reason I even use this CVS is because they are the only one close by that has in stock my prescription. If it wasn't for that I really wouldn't go here. Trying to call is brutal enough, never mind that when I go inside to pick up they are so loud and careless with saying what my prescription is. Not that I care but others might not want there business known. I understand they have in protocol for privacy HIPPA laws, but just maybe you guys can have a little decency if there's a line to be somewhat considerate of people's private information if those don't have time to wait in a separate line (much longer Wait time) so you can quietly say someone's prescription, obviously we know what we are there to pick up.
I've been hung up on more than I can count trying to call because the app gives false updates, they'll keep you on hold for a long time, to the point you hang up thinking you'll get threw quicker... NOPE.
Wait for this one... ? when I've called maybe 20-30minutes before closing time they will pick up and say "Please Hold" and LITERALLY have you on hold for that 20-30minutes until the system will hang up on you right at 8pm, so that when you try to call back the automatic system says they are CLOSED!! Such amazing customer service!! Not! I'm a Customer Service Supervisor and WOW! To that person who likes to leave people on hold and NEVER picks up, knowing we will be hung up on "tuechey" to you, how you are able to keep your job is beyond me.
To those who haven't used this CVS before make sure you don't call on your lunch break or 30minutes before closing time! ? Your actually better off driving elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy, the orders are never ready, the service is extremely slow, and they mess up orders. Last time I had to go back four times before I was able to get my prescription. Today after waiting for forever behind another car, I wasn’t able to pull up until it was 6:00 exactly - they closed the window in my face and refused service. Extremely frustrating.

Look at these reviews people. 2.7 is almost unconscionable. The problem starts from the management down. Try to actually get through on the phone, impossible. Employees are lazy, incompetent and inconsiderate. Even Corporate CVS puts up with this because nothing changes, it just gets worse. People, the only way to get some answers is go to other pharmacies and never turn back. WalMart and Target are so much more professional and that’s saying a lot. Prices are 100 times better and management really cares about the customer and both those places. The sales CVS have all over the store are for their benefit, never the customers. Three times on other emails I had asked for a manager to call me back. Bad reviews i left that were very warranted. Never heard from one. Over heard a manger complain to another manager on a customer who was very upset with their lack of competence and compassion. He laughs and says “she’ll probably be dead soon and out of our hair “. I was floored. He’s laughing after what he said, that’s just wrong. Stay away people, they don’t deserve your business one bit. CVS corporate obviously doesn’t either because look at these constant horrific reviews and they do nothing about it. Please people, there’s much better places out there who care about you and your family business. I promise you that. Take care.

Got a text from computer generated system today is last day to use 40 percent coupon off. Go in buy Mach 4 refill, licorice, mints Old Spice Body Wash. I tell female cashier put on the largest item I purchase. She says nothing, puts it all on the smallest purchase. Doesn't have the decency to explain this all to me. You've lost myself and all my family for life. Hope losing 6 adults and anyone I can tell this story to was worth it. I stopped going to your business for a long time, because of the deceptive sales and practices. Was hoping you changed but it has gone worse. Your prices are outrageous, that's what I do for a business. You're on the bottom of the list, should be ashamed of your practices. Disorganized wait for a flu shot and seems like a small location that may not have everything you need. They do have a minute clinic though.
