Arrived at 726 to pick up my clothes tonight that were in the dryer and the sign said 730 closing time. And now my clothes are locked inside. Going away for the weekend will be fun for my friends because I'll be wearing dirty clothes and smelling the whole time. I'll hopefully pick them up Sunday if you're still open

Why do washers charge a surcharge for hot water, and not provide hot water. Your laundry is not alone others do the same. The wash cycle is extended, but it's still ice cold water. I wash whites in hot water, that's why we seperate darks from whites.Turn the hot water on. Thank you.

One of the worst place to take your clothes. Don’t bother, the are rude and unprofessional. I had a problem with one of the machines as it continued drying l then asked the lady at the front who claimed it’s not her responsibility to check any machines. They place is full of irresponsibility staff. All my clothes are soaked and dirty

Back door was locked to the parking area. I'm not sure why. I had to walk around in the rain. The staff is friendly and helpful.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. They are the most unprofessional place that I have ever visited. There is one nice employee there and the rest from my experience are unprofessional and rude. I own a massage practice and I had used their services recently. I went back to complain because I was not happy with the sheets and also my scrubs. Everything was severely wrinkled.it’s obvious they were left in the dryer for an extended period to get this wrinkled. As you can see from the pictures this is what they consider a professional job. They also claim that these are not wrinkled. It’s embarrassing, and the owner should be embarrassed on how his employees treat clients.

Very rude employee, yelled at me because I arrived there at 5:35pm and told me last wash is 5:30pm, I explained her that I was only using the washer machine, no drying and that I was going to be done in 22 minutes, place closes at 7pm, and I was going to be done at 6pm. Place was full of people washing and drying that obviously were going to stay there after 6pm, and employee told me she didn't care. I requested the owner's contact information and she refuse to give it to me and push me out the door. She was only answering I don't care, I have been here since 7 am. No customer service at all. There was no power in the area after the storm and I really needed to use the washing machine.

My washer at home has not been functioning at all, this was my saving grace. Clean clothes, happy home once again. It was not crowded plenty of machines, and reasonable prices.

Went here on 7/7/21, About 10:30 am. I love coming here to do my laundry, Nice, clean. Although the attendant working this morning, Brown hair, dont know her name, Was very rude and unkind. I went to go to the bathroom and every time I come here and she’s working, Bathroom is always locked which is very upsetting seeing if im here for hours and need to go to the restroom.. I cant go. I was told the bathroom overflows and doesnt take care of it. She needs to fix her attitude. When other attendees are working bathroom is open. Other than that, come here when she’s not working and you’ll have a pleasant experience.
