Came in today to get Lacrosse cleats - spoke to a sales person (SP), provided the shoe and the size, he looked in handheld computer - found a 1/2 size bigger, we said ok that we wanted to try it, , SP asked for name - we gave the name. We stood around for about 20 minutes and no one had come with the shoes. Another SP, was providing help and ask him about our order, he looked in the hand held computer and he said there's was no order for us- he asked what the SP looked like, told him, walked away and never came back out. Total waste of our time .

Placed an order, paying for same day delivery along with a tip for the driver. It was never delivered. I phoned customer service the next day and was basically told there was nothing I could do! Too late to cancel and tracking simply showed the order was "preparing for delivery". Never again will I purchase from Dick's.

Horrible return experience Seabrook NH Tried to return pants and the barcode was missing from the receipt no fault of mine it was given to me that way. The individual that rang it up initially was even there. After an hour of them trying to figure it out the manager hid in the back and said call customer service. Good luck if you decide to shop there and need to return anything.

I went to the store to purchase a pair of Hoka. The wait is unbelievable. Staff ignores you because they are too busy.But one of them was rude . Aidan.He took another lady and I had just asked him for help.Another young kid acknowledged me but went on ignoring me.Andrew saw me and rescued me .Thank you Andrew.I had to wait almost an hour to purchase a pair of Hoka sneakers . Not going back to that location ever.Andrew made my day! Hope the team learns how to effectively acknowledge and communicate with clients .

Employee and manager in general was acting as if I was burdening them with my inquiries. They had 4 punching bags in display I was interested in any of them I asked the manager for assistance as he walked by and he instantly looked annoyed . He scanned one said it wasn't in stock them I inquired about the others and without checking he said they also were not in stock. I asked him that if we was sure sure and he said yep. I was going to try and find another employee to help but he tailed behind me and my family all the way to the exit. It was a horrible experience. I don't think I'll be going there again. You could feel there dissatisfaction they had towards there job and there customers.

Monday April 3rd, as soon as I walked in Margaux greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I showed her what I was looking for; some women bombas socks.She knew exactly where they were, but we couldn’t find the exact ones. She went above and beyond, went out back and found the exact pair I showed her. She was very helpful and didn’t give up. Lol and I loved her very bubbly, friendly and easy going personality. I lost my survey to take about the customer service but I wanted to give a 5 star review for the service I received last week. Specifically Margeaux was so incredibly helpful in finding the perfect combo of sweats and a top. The folks at check out were great too. Nice team of folks ☺️?I'll look for that survey now

Good customer service ! Wish they had a wider selection of sizes and styles for New Balance. Staff were helpful and attentive overall it was a good experience
