I've done a lot of business at this enterprise. Today they stuck me in a rough looking mirage that is beat up. Engine sounds rough with a drive belt squeak, exterior is rough, brakes are rough amongst other things. I get that I asked for an eco car but this is unacceptable especially for what you pay. I'm driving this car from Massachusetts to Maine. You'd think they would care about the customer more than this.
Edit: bumped my rating from 1 star to 3 because they put me in a safer nicer vehicle when I came back. I dealt with a different guy the second time. First guy couldn't take a hint when I was telling him the vehicle was clapped out from the start. I even pointed out the passenger front fender was sticking out which means it clearly was hit or hit something (been in an accident). Clips in the bumper just don't break on their own.

I just rent a Truck with Joe at Danvers locations for Saturday
I realized I need it for Friday, and I call.
joe did the impossible to get me the truck from somewhere else.
that is amazing customer services. and the rest of the guys are awesome. god bless this guy

We had an amazing experience with Enterprise Rental in Danvers, Massachusetts. Taylor and Justin were so helpful and professional. They provided excellent customer service from the initial rental reservation until we were ready to return our vehicle. I highly recommend Danvers Enterprise Rental and we will continue to only rent from them in the future.

Danvers Enterprise staff were friendly and accommodating when my car was in the body shop. I appreciated their professionalism to match me with the right car for me. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs to rent on the North Shore.

I was pleased with the service I received at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Danvers,Ma.. I was able to pick a car I wanted, used it for about ten
days while my car was being repaired and when I was finish with my rental I merely left the car when I picked up my car.

Great experience working with Enterprise in Danvers. Booked at the last minute when my landscaper shattered my windows with a rock in my driveway. Arrived and was given a great car that was clean and comfortable. Tyler went over the whole vehicle with me and got me in and out of there in under 10 minutes, despite being busy! When I returned the car, I got a call that they had reviewed the car and all was in order and they had refunded my deposit. The next day, I realized I left expensive sunglasses in the car that were a gift. I called and spoke with Joe, who was polite and efficient and said he would locate the glasses and call me back. I got a call within 30 minutes advising me that they had found them and would hold them for me. Amazing! The only less than perfect feedback I can give is that the fragrance inside the vehicle was overwhelming. So much so that it lingered on my clothing all day long to the point where other people could smell it on me. This could have been a renter that sprayed something, but in the event that it’s a fragrance being used by the crew there, I thought it was worth mentioning that it was a bit too strong. Again, perfect experience and I know how hard it is when running an operation for things to fall through the cracks when it’s busy and trust me when I say this team was BUSY and RUNNING around and was still perfect. The high level of exemplary customer service from this team was truly appreciated!

Always had a great experience with these wonderful people at Enterprise . They always had a great selection of cars. Hospitality was 10. Never did I have to wait long. I never had a single problem with any vehicle I rented. The best Enterprise establishment I’ve dealt with. Seriously

I WILL NO LONGER RENT A VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION, NEITHER SHOULD YOU!
I have rented many vehicles from this location. After my interaction today with the people at this location, no longer will I deal with this locations short comings.
1. Vehicles always dirty on interior, I always return the car cleaner inside and out.
2. Vehicles always smells like smoke.
3. Over 75 percent of the time I go to pick up rental and it would have 1/4 tank of gas or less.
4. Never have the vehicle I need, today they said they would contact other nearby locations. They kept saying 10 more minutes. After 4 different calls back to them never came thru for me.
I have used enterprise as the only transportation I would use for over 15 months. 15 months I have rented a vehicle minimum 2 days every week. If corporate actually reads this I ask them to look up my records for verification and see that I have resevered and rented a vehicle from this specific location over 30 times of more than just one day. Also every single time.i rent a vehicle I always take all insurance they offered so I have given all my business and after the laziness or passive attitude I received today along with all of the short comings the staff at this location has presented over 15 month just all too much when I think how much money I given to enterprise and this location. No longer will I be a victim of this poor service. I HOPE SOMEONE IN CORPORATE reads this and looks ito this. My thing is that everyone at this location should be fired. Also I have earned 3 free rentals with all the rentals I had, they can keep them because I don't even want to use enterprise ever again

Great customer service. In particular, Joe answered my questions when I called and was incredibly helpful. When I picked up my rental, I was in and out within 15 minutes. You can tell their team works together well and is efficient.
