I had a insurance reservation in Danvers.This small tough guy @ the counter said he couldn't comedate me like wakefield enterprise could. So I left and went to Wakefield. People should understand what kind of business there in. CUSTOMER SERVICE GET A NEW JOB IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS .

I had a recent experience at the Danvers office with Tyler W, Tyler L, and Nic that restored my faith in the rental industry. I'm going through a personal crisis and needed a vehicle, but didn't realize reservations were tight. Through no fault of the local office, they had to turn me away,. So I called the Enterprise phone number to see where I could find another local office that may have available cars for the day. They sent me BACK to the office I JUST left. When I arrived , Tyler, Tyler and Nic apologized for the misunderstanding, stating that sometimes the corporate office doesn't know what's available locally. This set my day back even more and added to my frustration. What the boys didn't know was that i needed to drive 4 hours to visit asset land that was being divided in a very difficult and sad divorce. Despite not knowing my hardship, it was 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday and they were able to find me a vehicle even though they could have just closed up shop and went home.The time they took to show me kindness is what good business is all about. It's why I choose to return to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. It's the community of connection that makes all the difference! Thank you Tyler, Tyler and Nic for helping make my difficult Sunday ride a little smoother.Best-Annette

I specifically go to the Danvers location because the manager Joe and his team are always extremely helpful and asking me if I’ve been helped with a smile, they’re vehicles are always extremely clean and nice, Highly recommended!!

I had to do a last minute rental so I could get to work while my car was at the dealers getting work done. Enterprise was there for me! They picked me up at the dealers, got a clean compact car and off I went. The next day, I returned the rental and Enterprise then dropped me back at the dealers. James and Alex were super friendly and helpful.

Best car renting experience! I arrived to pick up my reservation close to closing time on a Sunday and found a long line of customers. When it was my turn, they were friendly, helpful and professional. The return was also quick and easy. I highly recommend this car rental location.
