“I came into the gym today doing my normal routine and I accidentally dropped my phone on the stair machine . Just my luck right ? well luckily Will who was holding down the gym and providing excellent customer service at the desk was able to step aside for a moment and assist me with getting my phone back . He went out of his way above and beyond to get my phone back for me and with his help the mission was a success . I just wanted to take a moment and give recognition to Will here at planet fitness for his exemplary work ethic and professionalism when not only manning the front desk but also in helping my clumsy self in retrieving my phone today. This location is lucky to have him and I hope to see him recognized for his efforts here ! that is all from me :) ! thank you Will!”

“Easily one of the best OTFs out there. I was a visiting member for 3 months while my husband and I were living away from home. And man I absolutely LOVED this studio and all the incredible coaches. Seriously, every single one of them is amazing. They're so engaged, helpful, motivating, and encouraging. And fun! I saw major improvements in just the 3 months I was at this studio. Can't recommend OTF Danvers enough!”
