I had the opportunity to meet with Joe in Danvers and my situation was a little tricky. My previous vehicle needed a new engine which was unexpected and poor timing after paying off my car in September 2024. Joe and I were able to talk through not only the realities of the situation but also the options I had. Over the next few days Joe was transparent and straight forward with me, which I enjoy as a second time car buyer. I ended up with a vehicle in my budget and a dreamy Chevy Traverse, perfect for a growing family. Thanks Joe

I had a flat tire on my way to work this morning. After changing to my spare, I drove immediately to Herb Chambers as I knew they would open early. When I got there, they immediately addressed my situation and got me back on the road very quickly and with a smile. I couldn’t be happier that I bought my new car here at Herb Chambers. Customer service and service were top notch as usual for appointments on 10/21 (state inspection) and 10/25 (oil, lube, & filter, tire rotation, 27 point car inspection, and state inspection). Both cars were taken in at the appointment time and work was completed as promised.
