I’ve got to recognize Bruce in the plumbing department today for helping me cut and thread some pipe. Very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Clean cuts and he tested every thread to assure proper fit. Definitely exceptional customer service, you can tell he cares about the company and the customer. Need more dedicated employees like Bruce!

Extremely dissatisfied, will not be returning to this location. I went in to get some paint mixed and brought them the 2 color samples that I’ve previously purchased from them. I asked the gentleman at the paint counter (who’s job is to MIX PAINT) if I could get 2 gallons of these colors mixed 50/50 and he just stood there with a confused look on his face. He then told me that they couldn’t do that so I tried explaining to him there must be a way. Again just stood there looking confused. I would’ve been better off allowed behind the counter and figuring it out myself. The solution he finally came up with was for me to get 1 gallon of each color and mix it myself. This lead to me having to spend an extra 20 sum odd dollars on empty cans ($8 a piece btw) and a big enough bucket to mix it in. (I should’ve just went somewhere else) Anyways I get my paint and other unnecessary supplies and walk up to the front to check out. I’m then ignored by a group of employees leaning and all chatting with each other by the check out (at least one of which smelt like a brewery) and have to wait for them to finish the conversation and walk over to check me out. I recommend management trains there employees better and maybe offer higher wages as an incentive for these people to do there f ng job. Overall in my past experience with this location it’s nothing out of the ordinary. No one is ever able to be found and when you do find them they huff and puff and act like they are doing you a favor instead of their job. I should highlight one night specifically in the past where I heard about every other minute over the intercom “someone please go to the ______ department”. I probably heard it about 10 times in the 20 minute span I was there. As someone that works partially in customer service this is all extremely unacceptable.

I love Home Depot! Great service, stock and the employees are super helpful despite having staffing issues as everyone is! A big shout out to Erica at Home Depot who always takes a minute to embrace my dog Blaire with her beautiful smile and hugs, thanks to her and all at HD for always making us feel so welcome!!

I bought a gift with a gift card, and they won't return the item to a gift card, only a store credit that can't be used by anyone but me. If I can't get there, it's gone. I was told I could get an e gift card, but they say their system is down, almost a week now, but there has been no report of the system down. They don't care about the customer at all. Hate this place.
