My daughter gave my husband has Father’s Day gift Home Depot gift card, we try to use at Home Depot store cashier said it’s a $0.00 dollars on card but we never use this card it was brand new so we broth it back to store explained it to customer service desk and no one can help so now we lost $ 100.00, never shop here worst store ever !

I wanted to buy the 4 outdoor dining chairs that were high up on the wall display. Went to the service desk asked for help and no one came. I did ask the garden employee Jim who was outside and without hesitation he came right over and got the chairs for me. He also opened a box for additional chairs that I wanted. He saved Home Depot from a disappointed customer to one who will return again ! I almost walked out empty handed but instead bought 6 chairs ! Yay Jim ??⭐️

So difficult to get assistance. I had to walk around for about 10-12 mins to hunt someone down. I asked a woman for help she gave me a look like I was interrupting her life she told me she'd see who could help me drove off on whatever I stood there for about 15-20 minutes nothing no load speaker letting someone know a customer needs help in plumbing nothing I marched to the service desk there she is I said thanks for the help instead saying gee sorry busy today we'll get someone now she instantly runs her trap saying i just got here you csn ask my manager and that's exactly what I did demanded her id # and name and proceeded to contact the corporate office. That women should have been fired on the spot her coworkers that were there were saying she always does this rude ignorant. No one does anything about it. Well I did and will continue until she's terminated or suspended

4/5/2024 Beware don't place Orders here, the delivery service doesn't work!!!! I placed an online order 2 days ago, and it was supposed to deliver yesterday, I even paid for delivery to my work. It's 2 days late and the order still appears as waiting. It's the weekend and there will be nobody to receive it. I called the store and when they finally located the order all they can tell me is to go pick it up to the store (which is an hour from my house) or the delivery people will pick up and deliver even if there's no body to sign for it. Worst delivery service I've ever seen. Trying Lowe's next time.

The item I bought was apart of a 4 pack. Manager claimed it was not. I did not argue, I opened the package bought 2 and left. Looking at the receipt when I got home, she was wrong so I paid double the price and left with half the product. Now I have to go and to argue this with customer service to get refunded for one and get the 2 filters that I actually paid for. Also she blamed the overnight crew for not opening them.
