Great shop to browse for home furnishings and gifts. I could have bought many things if I didn't have to fly back to the UK.If the checkouts were better staffed, so the time queuing was less, I'd have given 5 stars.

Weirdest return experience ever! I returned two packaged sets of Sea Salt and Pepper grinders, $9.99 each. These grinders were NOT USED. The sales associate non stop shook the packaging and repeatedly questioned me if I used them because some Sea Salt looked missing. The salt grinder visibly contained about 1inch less than the pepper grinder. I made the huge mistake of saying I was returning them because “they’re poor quality” now the woman processing the refund thinks I actually used a portion of salt. I judged the quality based on the amount of plastic they contained, not performance. She made me feel terrible. Like I was trying to break the rules and return something used. It was embarrassing. My husband was so surprised at how poorly the sales associate handled the situation. He was there too and walked away shaking his head in disbelief.
