They advertise constantly about their "drop off service" but when I popped in ready to do just that, I was told they were unable to accept anymore "drop offs" and I HAD TO make an appointment. Which is a super hassle for me.

DO NOT bring your taxes here or any H&R. It cost me over $600 to file but the worst part was what they did. I ended up paying thousands. I have since gone to a real tax professional and had my taxes done

I have worked with Rebecca Cope for the past 2 years and I cannot say enough about the confidence that she inspires! She is a wealth of knowledge - a pleasure to work with -and offers explainations in terms anyone can understand! My grown children visit every year at tax time to work with Rebecca!

Set up a virtual appointment through their online service to file an amendment to my taxes. I arrived on time, with all my paperwork ready, waited for 15-20 minutes, and the company representative did not show up. When I called the office, they gave me to someone else who promised to take a look at my issue and call me by the end of the week. Guy never called back, a week or so later I called the office again and asked how everything was going and the woman at the front desk told me he was booked up and wouldn't have time to handle my issue. After having to insist that he'd already agreed to do the work, she let me speak to him, and he assured me once again it would be done in another week or two. Ended up having to go to someone else because yet again, no one from this office followed up.Would not recommend this office if you're looking to get anything done in a timely fashion (or, really, at all).
