We were originally told it would take two weeks to repair our bumper. After a week, we called to check up on it and found no work had been done. Kelly was waiting for something from insurance and insurance was waiting for something from Kelly and neither of you were talking to the other. Nor did anyone ever call us with an update at any point. We always had to call you. It took another week of multiple calls to get work started and our car was returned to us a week and a half after the two week estimate. And two items we had asked to be repaired were not (door handle touch sensor and seat fold-down pull strap). But we are a one-car household and we needed our car back. This caused significant stress and hardship. At one point, while calling to try to get things moving, my partner was told he was calling too much and to basically leave your staff alone. If the car hadn't already been a week late by that point, we might have been sympathetic. As far as we can tell the bumper looks fine, but we're not experts so we have no basis to judge the quality of the work. If it doesn't pass inspection, that will be a red flag.

Riley Pells, the Service Associate from Kelly Volkswagen Danvers was absolutely superb in his customer care that he provided to me! I’ve never dealt with a customer care associate anywhere else that was so respectful, kind and knowledgeable about how to treat a customer. Very personable and professional. I couldn’t be more impressed. This guy deserves a promotion or a raise, but then maybe I wouldn’t get him next time!

everyone I worked with at Kelly VW treated me professionally and kindly. they respected the value of my time and worked quickly to answer my questions and complete the lease of my new car. I also appreciate that the internet sales department followed up with me when they had a good deal on the car I wanted.

I've never felt as respected at a dealership as I had been here. Peter Simmons is truly one of the best and most knowledgeable salespeople I've ever had the pleasure of working with; always honest and kind, with a great sense of humor and plenty of wonderful stories to boot. He was also very receptive and understanding of all of my requests with the vehicle, which I greatly appreciated.Barry Gagne was just as awesome too, as well as Julia Hunt (who really got me into the building in the first place). From the first moment entering the dealership, the customer service was like no other dealer. Peter was absolutely amazing and walked me through each of the options I was comparing and gave me the details of each one. Peter is the best salesman and his honesty, transparency, and hard work truly made this experience fun and one I will never forget. He took amazing care of us the entire time and made sure we were comfortable!We then had the pleasure of working with Barry for my financing and he continued this excellence service. I just recently leased my second VW Jetta from Kelly VW. Anthony was extremely helpful, kind, patient, and really went above and beyond to make the entire experience positive for me. The dealership is very nice and clean and I always have a great experience whether I’m there to purchase/lease a new car or come to have maintenance done in service. I highly recommend Anthony and the whole team at Kelly VW. I love my new car and it’s exactly what I wanted! 5 star experience all around :)

Brandon was fantastic! Justin was fantastic. The experience overall was seamless and easy. The only reason why I’ve given at four stars two days after I got the car, the windshield wiper fluid light came on. From my perspective, all fluid should have been topped off 100%. I filled the windshield wiper fluid with winterized windshield wiper fluid and now I’m getting an error message and have to bring it back into service. So with only six days owning the car, it’s a little frustrating .

I was very pleased with my recent service visit. I brought the car in t repair the AC, the service manager let me know it could be involved, checked and verified it was covered under warranty and kept me updated on the progress. While the car was there, I also had the rear brakes replaced. The car was ready ahead of time, checkout was easy, and I am happy with the results. Win all round!

The online system to schedule service is really easy to use. When I got there, they took my car in right away and I was able to get coffee and do some work while I waited.

The entire process, from walking into show room to driving off in our new ID.4 pro was free of stress and made easy. The sales rep let us navigate to decisions with utmost humility. He allowed each of us generous test drives and help get us acquainted with the more basic features of a car that is not short on complexity. We felt confident we were getting a fair price and that the dealership was exceptionally customer oriented.

Our salesman, Josh Cone, was terrific. As the primary buyer and a woman, my opinions and questions were taken seriously. It was one of the first stress-less car purchases I have had. I did not feel talked down to or condescended. The sale was efficient, fair, and reasonable. We did not feel manipulated or taken advantage of at any point during the process, which was a relief.

Very good experience. Our sales person, Josh Cone, was excellent. We felt seen, heard, recognized. As a woman I did not feel condescended or ignored. I was treated as an equal buyer along with my husband. Highly recommend!

My overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Brian (Internet sales) was very quick to respond to my first request. He promptly got me on the phone with a Sales Manager who met my offer request on the first phone discussion. I was then connected with Christopher from sales who handled the test drive, sales paperwork and car delivery. I was also impressed with the Finance Manger who offered some compelling options and double checked all of the details. The car was spotless when I picked it up and I am now enjoying me gently used (new to me) Tiguan.

Fabulous experience with Kelly VW when I brought my new used Beetle in for maintenance and and programming of a new rear camera. It ended up needing another replacement part that Kelly had to order, so they had the car for a few days. I very much appreciated the friendly updates during that time. I’d definitely go to them again!
