I received a 30% of Coupon from Kohl's. I arrived at the store at 12:30 pm looking for a pair of SKETCHER'S sneakers. It took 20 minutes to get a salesperson who told us they were out of stock. My wife found one in a box that was put in backwards. They fitted perfect and I waited t pay in a line for 15 minutes. The Clerk ran my card thru for $80.00. I asked about the 30% off and she said Sketchers and Nike would not honor the Discount. I then Had to go to Service and wait 30 minutes to get a credit and return the sneakers. I found a pair of New Balance sneakers that fit perfect. Again a long wait for cashier and now New Balance would not accept coupon. We left the store at 2:30 pm. I wasted2 hours there. In December I had purchased the same Sketcher's sneaker with my 30% discount. I have shopped Kohl's for 30 years. I doubt I will begoing back. Hope this reachestheir corporate office.

I had a 30% coupon. We arrived at Kohl's at 12:30 p.m. looking for a pair of Skechers sneakers size 9 and 1/2 it took us 20 minutes to get a salesperson who told us they did not have any in stock. My wife found a box that was backwards and that had my size and fit perfect we went down front and waited 20 minutes in line to make the purchase. After taking my Kohl's credit card and charging me $80 she informed me that the 30% was not applicable to sketches. I then had to go to the return line and wait 30 minutes so I can get the credit back for my $80. I was told that the 30% coupon was not applicable to sketches on Nike sneakers. So I went and found a pair of New balance sneakers. Again waited in line to pay only to find out that these are good with the coupon either. We do not get out of there till 2:30 that was 2 hours. You can be sure that I will not be returning to Kohl's and I've been doing business with Kohl's s for 30 years and bought the same Skechers sneakers December of last year with the coupon

I’m petite and have a hard time finding stylish clothes that fit. I can always find what I’m looking for at Kohl’s in Danvers and then some. I wish I could remember my cashier’s name. He was day 2 on the job and was so polite and hustling I was impressed.

Kat in Danvers was amazing and very patient ! Showed me how to register my card so I could use that instead of my I.D. True definition of great customer service!

I bought a dress for my daughter they never took the security tag off I had to go back to have it removed. The poor returns lady was doing returns and pick up orders because the other person did not show up. She did a wonderful job! The whole store was a wreck because they have no help !

Terrible customer service here. I went in to exchange 2 jeans. I waited 20 min at the customer service line while the 1 attendant dealt with a customer doing God knows what. I finally went to the front to complete my transaction and was told no. I explained I had already waited 20 min in line and was not waiting again. They said oh well. I went back and the guy was STILL there!!! I threw my replacement jeans and walked out without accomplishing what I needed to do. Completely unacceptable they have 1 person on a weekend day to handle CS. ANY associate should be able to do an exchange anywhere in the store.

As a long time frequent shopper, I have often kept conplaints to myself about inconveniences and store management but today that changes. I waited just under 40 minutes in the returns line with multiple people ahead of and behind me. One person was waiting on this line. After there were only 2 people ahead of me, another cashier came over. I had a small return but also wanted to purchase a couple items. The cashier arrogantly said that purchases need to be made up front. I did question this as I've made purchases many times while doing returns at Khols and even saw it happening while I was waiting in line. When I questioned it, she said "nope, can't do it. Need to make the line go down." This cashier actually made me walked across the entire store after waiting 40 minutes to wait in yet another dysfunctional line. This is not the first time I've waited countless minutes in a line at khols. It's absolutely outrageous. Am I not a enough of a paying customer where I've waited all that time in line and the cashier refuses to further wait on me because she suddenly cares about the long line? You need some serious improvement in store management, customer interaction and most definitely efficiency.i hope the store finds their inability to provide all of this effects their finances the most.
