From the start during the planning stage to completion, there are no surprises. Very honest and thoughtful about working in my home and always willing to adapt to changes.

We have used M D Bean construction over the last 15 years. Projects ranged from relocating laundry, adding a new bathroom, renovating original bathroom to adding a two story addition on a home over 180 years old. With each project we found **** easy to work with. He and his crew are communicative, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of people and property.We also found the subcontractors he works with bring the same level of professionalism.

MD Bean Construction did work at my home in Marblehead replacing facia boards, gutters and down spouts and some roofing work. **** and his team are professional, prompt and courteous. The price was fair and the work was excellent!

Friendly crew(****, **** and ***) built a new set of stairs to the second floor apartment that are truly a work of art. They kept me informed at each stage of the build and they were very patient answering any and all of my questions. They made sure the stairs were up to code complete with a landing. The company is very professional and take real pride in their work. Very impressive finished product and I recommend them for your next job!!

I had a tree fall on my house and caused substantial damage to the roof and interior. **** had a variety of options for discussion and recommendations to go about the repairs. My roof was replaced in its entirety, three bedrooms gutted and refinished. They also did a complete overhaul of the exterior, new siding *********. I couldn't be any more pleased with the job they did. **** and his crew were as outstanding to work with as the job they did to my property. I would highly recommend M.D. Bean Construction for all your construction needs. I WILL be using them again for future projects. "

Mike and his crew have done two projects and I have been extremely satisfied! My first project was a full kitchen **** (Fall 2018) and the most recent was a new roof and full house siding project (Nov 2020). I highly recommend MD Bean Construction for your future projects! You will be working with a trustworthy contractor and a very conscientious and friendly crew.
