I am so disappointed to have to write this review after my family and I have been a customer of the store for more than 20 years. In May, I had some small warranty issues with my pick up truck. Very simple things like the electronic E break and speakers in the tailgate were not functioning. I brought the truck in after making an appointment and outlining the issues with the service tech. I picked the truck up later that day only to have the oil have been changed no brake repair no speaker repair. I was told they had to order parts, bring the truck back and they would do it . Made another appointment, brought the truck back again and they didn’t get to it the day they had it. Had to bring the truck back and when I picked it up I was assured that all of the issues were repaired. Come to find out they never repaired the burned out amp for the tailgate speakers said they had to order the part. I waited several months and made no less than 15 phone calls to the dealership for an update. Finally, I had to go in person to demand some sort of an update on the repair and was told the parts department accidentally sent back the amp. They would order a new one and call me immediately. It has been another month. I have made no less than 10 phone calls to the service manager, the service department and the general manager. The only person to have called me back is the general manager stating we will take care of this right away. four months later and I still have absolutely no update and all of my calls are going unanswered. So disappointed and will be buying my next truck elsewhere

I purchased my 2024 GMC Canyon from GMC Danvers and couldn’t have been happier with my buying experience. The sales team, service department and parts department were fantastic. I was offered a fair deal on my purchase without the high pressure sales tactics. I would highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.
