Was there shopping for shoes and after a while I had multiple different workers pretend to do shit near and around me because they thought i was going to steal something. I didn't like that at all.

The absolute worst customer service. The manager here has the worst attitude and is incredibly rude. I am a usual customer because it is close to my house, I’m there at least 2x week. Never again!!! I went to return a coat that I just purchased at a different store last week. The coat had the tag, never worn condition and I had my receipt. The guy at the register told me the coat was scanning as final sale and I was confused because I did not know it was. He said I could talk to the manager. She came over to say that at the store I bought it they should have told me it was final sale. I explained that nothing on the tag gave that away, no red tag, no final sale written, and that when I purchased it there were no signs saying that it was. She proceeded to say THEY DO HAVE SIGNS that say it, as if I had been lying. Then she said the bar code or tag doesn’t have to say anything because then when the price changes a week after they’re stuck with that label. Since she was doing this and being loud in front of customers, even a lady behind me intevened and said why can’t she do a store credit??! The manager dismissed me and walked away telling the guy at rhe register “thanks, I appreciate ya” in a snarky way. I immediately went to another store, explained the situation, and they proceeded to refund without issues without humiliating me or being rude. That tells me everything I need to know about this store.someone tell the manager she’s not managing a cartier store in dubai 😂😂😂 she needs to relax with the attitude.

I needed dress pants for a wedding that day and couldn't find the length I needed, but then Emily the in house seamstress came over. She took two inches off the pants and had me out the door in 20 minutes, she was wonderful to work with and I am grateful for her help!

This encounter with the manager (Melani or Kehlani) at Nordstrom rack at Danvers MA, was absolutely terrible. She displayed extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness. We intended to purchase a pair of sunglasses marked with a red tag for $99, but when we reached the counter, she insisted on charging us $169. Despite there being three identical sunglasses on the rack priced at $99 each, she refused to acknowledge our right to purchase it at the advertised price. The whole situation felt incredibly unjust and disrespectful towards us as customers. It's outrageous that she would try to change the price at checkout after it was clearly marked by her own staff. Overall, the experience left us feeling completely dissatisfied and disappointed. It's as if they were trying to scam us and showed no regard for customer respect. 03/05/2024
