After our car was hit while parked by the curb we had damage to the front of the car, both front tires needed to be replaced, and the power steering was out. David took care of everything for us and dealt with the insurance too!
Even months later we noticed a slight alignment issue, he took care of the issue free of charge in just a matter of days before Christmas.
Both times he provided us with pickup service from the local enterprise car rental and negotiated great rates for the rental. When we picked up our repaired car we were able to leave the rental at the body shop and he had enterprise come pick it up, very convenient!
I highly recommend going to North Shore Auto Body, and they really stand by the work that they do.

Northshore Auto Body is the best around as far as I'm concerned . I own a buisness and take multiple vehicles and trucks to him on a regular basis and everything ALWAYS comes out perfect. They do a very good job on everything, they're not your typical Bondo hacks, they repair everything properly. Even had them do my motercycle and it's amazing. I recommend them to all my friends and family and everyone else. If you live in the area there the one to go to!!

I had gone to several body shops to get some body work done on my truck and all of them seemed very uninterested in working on my older pickup truck nowadays they just want to replace body parts on newer cars and paint them. when I went to North Shore auto body and was greeted by Dave we talked for 20 minutes before we even looked at my truck The Body Shop is run by him and his son and some other guys when we finally did look at my truck he explained to me the importance of getting to the bottom of the rust and removing the whole panel and replacing it with new steel and made me understand the process so the rust wouldn't come back my truck was completed Beyond my expectations before it was supposed to be done phenomenal service just down to earth old school way to run a business I would recommend this body shop to anybody no matter what kind of work you need.Services: Painting

Was sitting in my car when I was verbally accosted by an employee who wreaked of booze. One man, who I was talking to was wiping down a car for about 4-5 minutes into our conversation, a probably more than not still drunk employee verbally accosted me to which I said "yep, okay, bye" and then was viciously attacked. Still, sitting in my car, said employee then walked over to me and started accosting me and my car. OWNER DID NOTHING. AVOID THISPLACE AT all costs. There are much better auto body shops out there that would not tolerate this.
