the convenience of this place is unbeatable. I literally go in there with bags of stuff and the owner takes it, packs it up, and ships the best way...and I always receive tracking info via email...its so much more pleasant than the post office!! i have been going here for years and will continue!!

Dan has always been quick, polite and efficient with my shipping service. I ship to family several times a year and no matter what I bring in he’s been very helpful and friendly. I will never use another service. Options are given for faster shipping versus cheaper for customer to choose. Packages are packed and shipped carefully, never had a broken item. Tracking numbers are provided for each package. Love this service and Dan’s efficiency. Thanks Dan so very much. I’ll be back soon.

I went to the store quite unsure how and what to do to get the fast and cheaper way to send a packet out to New Zealand.
I was taking by surprise with a such outstanding service provided. They just not only showed me the best rates but they took good care with the goods I was willing to send.
It was easy to do so and the package arrive over there safe and sound 16 days after the shipping date. Congratulations guys I certainly would recommend this place for everyone who needs international Corrier.

Very poor experience. As a small business owner who ships all over the world, I went to this shipping store as I just moved to the area. The man working clearly did not want to work with me. I politely told him I needed to ship with FedEx and he wanted me to ship another method. Then he said he couldn’t ship this type of item, and I pointed out that wasn’t true as I shipped with FedEx all the time. Then he told me I would have to repackage it and wanted me to use their packaging, I said no, and took it two miles away and shipped with FedEx no problem. This was my standard business packaging and usual contents. I know the rules for FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. I will not give them another chance as they clearly are inept or don’t want some peoples business. Their loss.

There's nothing wrong with this place I'm surprised the staff are just great I can tell you do pick carefully who to hire and the security of your mail is incredible Its never damaged and the hygiene is great it's some of the cleanest work I've ever seen same with the smell it's an overall great service I highly suggest you try it out.

So nice not to have to go to usps and FedEx separately. The man working when I came in was really nice, he addressed me even though he had a customer because he could tell I was just dropping off. I’ll definitely be back a lot

CLEAN. POLITE. PROFESSIONAL.Dan and his crew will give you the costs of different carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), will package your items neat and clean, and get them out on time. The folks here are super-polite, smart, well spoken, and I can't say enough good things about them; a real top-notch operation.
