I had a GREAT experience ! Vitaly was great ( so was the other guy, sorry I can't remember his name) They were on time worked very fast and with no problems. We had an unusual situation, we had to move everything into two rooms to get the other floors refinished . So they had to come two different days. I used nova moving services twice this year. Their work is excellent. They show up on time with guys who are prepared to hustle. They are professional and polite. Their prices are very fair. I will use them again and I am recommending them to my friends.

Nova moving is the best moving company , i had a last minute move, and thankfully i was able to get in touch with Alex , he was able to schedule my moving for the next day, crew came in time, they were very professional, disassembled all my bedrooms, professionally packed everything and put everything back together at my new house. The estimate that they gave me was pretty accurate, i’m very satisfied and highly recommend this company for all your transportation and moving needs. Thank You.

This is what happened. December 2021.Don't believe what they tell you over the phone.they will hit you with other fees that have never been disclosed over the phone.Alex is the con, he will tell no hidden fees,one truck 3 guys for $185-$190 per hour thats it, and when they show up they tell you well there are supplies charge and around $120 and appliances fee $50 per appliance on top of the $190 per hourthey tell u at the front door when u have no other option, plus they stretch the time to get more $$$ from you.

From the first conversation with the owner to the final touches, these guys were transparent, hardworking, and respectful. Our move involved a tiny one-way road, three flights of spiral stairs, a home brewery and workshop, and a swap of laundry machines between two houses - all of this in downtown Salem in October. We spent nine hours together and Artyom and his team were spectacular the whole time. The price was more than fair for all the work they did, and we would recommend these guys 100%. These guys are amazing, full stop. Their google reviews show 5-stars across the board, which is a more accurate story than on here. When the moving company I'd booked flaked on me, I called Nova last-minute for an August 30-Sept 1 move date -- an extremely busy time in a big college town -- and they were not only able to accommodate, the movers were professional, reliable, communicative, careful, and kind from start to finish. My move was stressful (I was still packing, my senile landlady yelling at everybody...) and they were relaxed and diligently working throughout. Such a relief.
