“Kevin was great to work with! He was patient, easy to talk to, and really helpful throughout the entire project. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions, and made the whole process much less stressful. I’d definitely recommend him and this location. Thank you, Kevin!”
“Great service over there have been going for years and very knowledgeable staff. They have lots of tools at a good price as well festool etc . Also the best prices around for Ben Moore paint, regal , ultra spec, aura etc.”
“I’ve shopped here a few times and while they’ve got a solid selection, I sometimes wish the staff was a bit more helpful. Still, it's a decent spot for quick hardware needs.”
“Trucker review: The guys in this yard were extremely nice and helpful, i had never been to this guard before but as soon as i pulled in the younger gentleman helped me out. I know sometimes it’s common sense but in some cases some yards want you to do a certain thing. Was unloaded pretty quickly as well. Both guys were nice and courteous. Small kind gestures go a long way!”
“I was overwhelmed with having to select paint colors for an entire house, Christian was so kind and helpful with guiding me when selecting a color palette that worked throughout the entire house!”
“I normally don’t visit this store, but came here looking for Benjamin Moore paint sample tiles (about 6 or 7 inches in height). This seems to be one of the only store around that carries a sample for just about the entire line of colors from Benjamin Moore. However, this review is mainly to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Kirsten (I think she might be the manager), and Jorge. They could not be more courteous and helpful. For what I was looking for, I did not expect such a warm and engaging support from the store personnel. They are extremely customer friendly and if I were to be a resident in this area, I’d come here for all my paint and hardware needs.”
“Went in today I had a really good experience the person that was working today was awesome great customer service skills super friendly and patient definitely will be coming here! He should get a raise he’s a great employee.”
“I had a hard-to-match paint that I needed for my barn. It was a custom color and I didn’t have the formula. I had bought a couple of 5 gallon containers of the paint at a big box store, where they were having a sale, but they couldn’t match the color ( their paint people were not very knowledgeable and if it wasn’t in the computer they couldn’t do it). Mark took a lot of time to get it just right, making several attempts until he nailed it. I appreciate his patience and knowledge. Their prices may be a little higher but you get what you pay for.”
“I happened to stop by this store by chance, being in the area and needed something. What I expected was a paint store with the usual help that one might expect, I.e., get some questions answered and that is it. What I pleasantly discovered was that Van and Angela, who are there most days at the paint counter, were the most helpful and eager staff I could have encountered, I might say in any kind of a retail environment. I was in the discovery phase of color selection and Van not only helped mix some colors, but went above and beyond and helped me with preparing sample color boards. I was not expecting them to be so accommodating and all the while with such pleasant attitude. I went back there several times, well out of the way for me, to narrow down my discovery and each time I received the same level of focused attention and courteous service. The color I ended up with was a very specific and delicate blend of three base colors and Van was superb in matching the sample to the larger quantity I needed. I also happened to engage with Heidi in their Wallpaper section, and she was equally helpful. This review is to let anyone know that if you want to just buy paint and move on, any place might do. But, if you want great service and friendly help, then this particular store is the place to stop by.”
“I had an outstanding experience at the Sherwin Williams store, thanks to Shaquille, the store manager. From the moment I walked in, he made sure I had everything I needed and provided top-notch customer service. Shaquille was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect paint for my project. It's rare to find such dedication and professionalism these days. I highly recommend this store for anyone in need of quality products and exceptional service!”
“I am a painting contractor and I deal with many stores and I know Colorworks since I worked as a painter for another company and I'm always treated as a valuable customer. I basically work in the Metrowest/Northfolk areas rarely in the Northshore, but I still have mostly of my project orders coming/made from Colorworks. They are the best in matching colors. All the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product. I'll definetelly keep using their services!”
“The quality here is unmatched and the guys I dealt with were super helpful, which I needed because I was all over the place with what I thought I needed. They offer delivery service too if needed.”
