I’m writing this review using my son’s Google account. I just wanted to say what a great experience it has been to work with Eric. He has been so accommodating and spent so much time with me in my two visits to public storage already. Eric explains every single detail and answers every question with complete accuracy and confidence. He is a very caring and polite employee. The facility is immaculate, the lighting is flawless throughout the building & I feel very safe and comfortable-there. I’m so happy as this location is perfect for me And I’ve enjoyed being Welcomed as a new customer! Many thanks again to Eric! I forgot to mention this is for Public Storage facility located at 295 Newbury St. in Danvers.

I had a fantastic experience with Eric at Public Storage in Danvers, MA. He manages the Peabody location but was helping out in Danvers when I visited. Eric helped me find the perfect storage unit at a great price. He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable, making the whole process easy and stress-free. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. Highly recommend—thank you, Eric!

I just wanted to take a second to give a big shoutout to Mike, the amazing site manager at 233 Newbury St, Danvers, MA 01923! I hit a few bumps along the way while searching for the right size unit, but Mike really stepped up and helped me sort everything out. He made sure everything was resolved! Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly helpful and always available to assist me whenever I encountered issues. His politeness, professionalism, and deep understanding of his customers needs truly made a significant difference in my experience.

This place is great, from a facilities perspective. The place is clean and they keep the snow out.
So that is a star.
Sometimes it is hard to get the remote access to work but the gate code always works.
So that is a star.
But my first payment on a 10x15 was 167.00. This was more than expected as the listed rate was lower, but I accepted that.
Four months later it went up 52/mo, almost what a full unit is listed at on the public storage a half mile down the road(70).So 219. Of course moving is expensive so I left everything there.
9 months later, it went up 43 dollars, to 262/mo. 9 months again later, it went up 57 more dollars to 319.
So for no reason I have been communicated, I am paying for 4.5 units to use a single unit. This is probably the worst case of unfair business practices I have ever seen. I haven't confirmed why this has happenned yet but at this rate I will be living in the unit in a couple years as it will be higher than the cost of a mortgage

My husband and I had a great experience at Danvers Public Storage & I have to give a big shoutout to Mike who assisted us. We weren't sure what size unit we needed, but he took the time to walk me through my options & even showed me a couple of sizes that he thought would suit our purpose better. The place is clean, secure & well-run which gave us peace of mind about storing our stuff here. Thank you for being patient with us and showing us some fair pricing options. We feel confident we picked out the best one that served our needs. :-)
