Eric is fantastic to work with. Walked me through the process - literally. Showed me around. The place is SPOTLESS BRIGHT CLEAN SAFE SHINY (even the chrome corners gleam - Eric cleans them himself and you can tell he takes pride in both his job and the appearance of this facility)
Made my move as smooth and pleasant as possible. Would absolutely recommend.

Public storage at 495 Newbury is an excellent facility. It's very clean, organized and there are always wheeled movers available at the storage entrances. The property manager Eric is great. He is very pleasant. He is so helpful and is always available. He's made some of my big moves much easier. I needed more space, so I had no hesitation with continuing to add storage units at this facility.
