No matter what I do I cannot book an appointment online nor calling via phone! I want to go in between 1-2pm but can’t book it. My pcp wants a special diabetes test. So frustrated ☹️

I've never had to wait so long for a scheduled appointment, ever. Waited more than an hour just to get blood drawn for a physical. A process that literally takes 2 minutes. No point in setting an appointment if it's not going to be honored. Ridiculous.

Went for blood work, was able to squeeze me in even though they were booked. I greatly appreciated that especially since I had limited time before my doctor needed results.

Overall, unprofessional and rude. When I arrived there was no record of my scheduled appointment. Okay, fine tech stuff happens. After waiting over an hour, I was told they would not service me because my child was with me. No where online was this information listed. When I brought it up to staff, I was told “we don’t control what’s posted online”.

I had regularly had my blood work done by Quest Diagnostics at my Community Health Center in Boston, but this time I wasn't able to get transportation there. So my provider did Order for me at the nearest location, Danvers. Because I was able to *schedule* for a specific time, the whole process went super quickly & smoothly. The technician couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and efficient.

I’ll preface this by saying that I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I needed to share. Based on the other reviews about this location, I was super nervous going in. Not to mention I loathe getting blood work done. The woman that worked with me was so respectful, kind, and speedy. It was a painless experience.

Clean location. Quick service but you need to ensure you have a prescheduled appointment. Nice staff.

I hate it when you can’t speak to a live person and the automated system doesn’t answer your question. I gave up and went to my local hospital instead.

The staff was quite rude. The person drawing my blood was nice enough, unfortunately she got distracted and missed a tube so she had to redraw blood from my other arm to fill one more tube. Then she set all of her sterile materials in front of me and when I moved my arm they fell on the ground. She seemed annoyed because technically it was my fault, but that never would have occurred if she would have focused and drawn blood only one time. Then, I had a question, and she consulted another employee who couldn't even be bothered to stand up and come into the room to look me in the eyes and respond. He just shouted from the other room while talking about me as if I wasn't sitting right there. Horrible experience.

Terrible service, they close and cancel appointments without notice email or call their patients or a reason why they close or cancel the appt

This is one of the worst medical labs I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. When I entered the facility I was greeted by a machine with a sign overhead that read, “Check In”, and a gentleman struggling with it. He stepped aside when he saw me and said, “You go ahead.” So I did. It seemed to ask for a lot of unnecessary information, like my insurance card, which shouldn’t have been necessary, since it was a free test. I got thru it though, but I’m a software developer. Never once did I interact with human being.Once I was in the exam room sitting in the chair, the tech asked me what I was there for. She didn’t know? I told her, “combined Covid and flu test. She said, “I don’t think we do that here.”“Then why was it an option on your sing-up page?”, I asked. She called in another tech for help, who said it was the test with the green swab. This triggered a look of partial recognition by the first tech. But after rummaging thru the drawers for awhile, they announced they couldn’t do the test.“Just do the Covid test then”, I said.“We can’t change the doctor’s test orders”, they said.“There was no doctor. I ordered the test and now I’m ordering it changed”, I answered.“We can’t do that”, they said. “Call this number.”The conversation quickly devolved into an argument between me and Quest Diagnostics absurdly bureaucratic rules and policies. It was hopeless. I left.I didn’t call the number, because I am never going to attempt to use Quest ever again. No wonder they have a 2.7 rating. One of the worst medical labs I’ve ever seen.
