Savers is a global thrift retailer that offers gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Known for its focus on rethinking reuse, the store helps keep over 700 million pounds of used items out of landfills each year. It also supports communities by purchasing donated goods from more than 100 nonprofit organizations, providing vital revenue for community programs. The company operates over 300 locations under brands such as Savers, Value Village, Unique, and Village des Valeurs, employing around 22,000 people. Customers appreciate the well-stocked and organized stores, with many noting friendly and helpful staff. The stores often feature a large selection, including old clothes suitable for upcycling and vintage finds. While some shoppers find prices to be on the higher side compared to other thrift options, discounts are available for seniors. A common drawback mentioned is the absence of dressing rooms, which makes trying on clothes difficult, and the store’s no-public-restroom policy, which can impact the shopping experience. The stores are known for their clean appearance and diverse book selections, though some note that the store can have a strong smell. Overall, Savers offers a sustainable shopping option that promotes recycling and supports community initiatives, despite some inconveniences like limited amenities.
They keep increasing their prices on used goods. They are pricing cups and plates knowing full well it's the set individually. Instead of the set costing $20, they're charging $5 each item. They used to sell sets!

Always alot to pick through. Other patrons can be oblivious and rude but not at fault of the business.
