Great haircut but scheduled my time and was totally ignored when I got there, and my wait time went from 4 minutes to 29 minutes. When I inquired the girl yelled at me and said we don't take appointments. Customers Service these days is ridiculous ?

Checked in online for a haircut and the wait was about an hour. I'm about 20 mins away so I waited about 20 mins and drove over. I was about 20 mins early and waited in my car. Received a text saying 15 mins wait let us know when you're here. So I finished a phone call and headed in. Glanced at the waiting list and it said six minute wait. When I walked in, i put my phone number in the system and was informed that there was a 30 minute wait. I removed my name. So someone help me, what was the point of getting on the wait list? I could have just walked in and waited.... The point is, I didn't have time to wait which is why I joined the online waiting list. Bad system or bad customer service- not sure which but I won't be back.

Experienced an unpleasant walk-in service at the Danvers location May 30. Upon checkout and payment an odd fellow told me he came in after me, but he received his haircut prior to mine.Since I gave my server a $10 gratuity, at least she could serve those in a proper continuum. The service was unpleasant and the location is at the end unit of a dour gloomy complex. This distal location requires more uncomfortable steps for me.I prefer the other well advertised chain much better. The signage and badging is more pleasing to the eye as well as the nice uniforms worn by staff Signage and badging is very important for a business. Uniformity assures customers more positively
