I have used the print services at the location by the Liberty Tree Mall about a dozen times. They have the BEST staff - everyone I've worked with is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've worked with a lot of print shops over the years and this one is by far my favorite. They've helped me solve a lot of logistical issues and have a ton of solutions. A+ for staff and services!

Checkout is confusing and restrictive. You need to walk through a maze to get to a cashier. I needed Epson 410 ink and there was very little to choose from. I usually order online BUT needed ink right away.

Went in yesterday with my Attorney boss for a new office chair. OMG, Keith came right over an assisted us professionally and also so friendly. He put the order through and we just picked up the chair after Nice called us this morning to let us know that it is ready for pick-up. He was the BEST also. Went in, he had it ready and offered to help me put it in the car. These two are very much appreciated by us and we will certainly be back to your location with all of our office supplies. Awesome place with awesome people.

JAMBO Awesome Crew in Danvers. 5 STARS. Friendly, helpful, and great team work. First review I've ever done, because these employees were all excellent. Surprising today to get people to go out of their way to help customers especially me I'm technically challenged. I had 4 different training manuals printed and spiral bound and the staff worked well together to help me. My phone was not transferring two files so they used usb to send the flies from my computer. Heres the RAVING FAN review. I got in my car today when I went to pick them up I was so excited to get a first peak at them and one of them was backwards. I went into the store and immediately I was attended to & a new one was bound in minutes with an apology. Things go wrong there were 2 cover pages easy mistake, but when you have a team of employees who care to get it right & treat customers right it warrants A 5 STAR REVIEW. Thank you to the Staples Danvers Store Printing Team. I am a happy customer. Hope Staples management team reads this, because these guys deserve recognition it's rare to have a group work so seamlessly well together. I worked with four different people over two days all helped each other out no customers were waiting. Amazing team spirit! Thank you my faith is restored in Raving Fan Service I thought it was dead!

Several product on the shelf have a price underneath them in large bold numbers.If you buy one of these items, at the register you'll notice it's a higher price.The bold numbers are for buying more than one, up to 5, in order to get the product at the shown price.Their excuses is "yeah, this happens a lot got to read the fine print"You're better off buying it from it from it from Amazon.

When I used the printer, it only worked with a USB 2 flash drive.When I sent my phone for return to Amazon through the UPS center, Amazon reported the package as damaged and the merchandise is missing.

Friendly staff, but - - had no clue as to the location of their products. This is why I PREFER TO BUY ONLINE - - walked all over the store searching for something I could have found easily on the computer. One advantage - - I got to TRY and SIT in the NEXT office chair that I will buy.
