Had a flat tire and had to leave the car there. I work near by. It was early morning and the place has not got busy yet. The owner gave me a ride to work.

If i could rate it less than 1 star i would, manager brought my new tesla model x in with headlights working to do the inspection and when he brought it back out my right headlight didn’t work anymore he broke it himself so that i would get it fixed with them. I brought it to tesla right after and it was just that he had messed with the bulbs my headlights worked perfectly fine. He put a R sticker on my car and gave me an attitude when i asked what happened to my light. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !!

Under new management !! So easy to deal with and understand. Got my vehicle back up and running right away for me and was much cheaper than I thought it would be. so happy with these guys Def be back for reg maintenance. thank you

Got 2 services in the garage, both services WAY overpriced, the service itself was ok I guess, but comparatively priced- they are NOT!! I have been there a couple times, and got mixed reviews on those times ....... This time told me to never go back there again, go give someone else who is ignorant to car repairs the high priced bill, you lost a customer for life-- no matter how close and convenient you are- you're NOT worth it!!!!

These guys used to be great. They would do inspections really quick. But in my most recent experience, the guy there was a complete tool. He told me I had to buy wiper blades from him right then and there for $40 or he would fail me. When I said no thanks, he tried to hold my car hostage. I don't know if the owners are new, but they won't be getting my business anymore.

The owner is a real jackass. I went there last year for an inspection and asked if they need to roll down the rear window, because I had a shade stuck on the inside for my toddler. He says "if you don't roll down your window I will put a fail sticker on". Easy there sport, I was just asking a question. One of the mechanics came over after and apologized and said the guy was having a bad day.Fast forward to a few months ago - I call on Friday and ask if they do stickers on Sunday, the guy said yes. I show up Sunday at 10am, park in front of the bay and walk in - the guy says "what do you think you are doing?". I ask if they are open for stickers, he says "27 years and I have never been open on a Sunday for stickers and you think I am going to be open this Sunday? WE ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY". How TF would I know what your hours are? Even if I went to you every time, that is once per year... I am supposed to remember that? Which is why I called. Maybe they thought I meant Saturday - who knows - but I took time out of my day to come to YOUR business and you want to be rude like I am inconveniencing you trying to give you my money? Total jerk - I make it a point to avoid this place for gas. Customer service matters, jackass.

I had something going on with my car that other mechanics could not identify. I brought the car here in September and they were great. Not only were they able to fix the problem, they did it faster than the estimated time. They called when there was something that wasn't identified when I dropped the car off to be sure it was OK with me that they do the work. Everyone in the shop was friendly and knowledgeable. Fast forward to November 11th and one of my high beam lights was not working. My husband bought a bulb and tried to change it. Anyone who has a Subaru knows that it's not straight forward to change a bulb. So, I brought it to Route 114 Sunoco without an appointment on a Saturday and asked if they could get it fixed that day. I said I could leave the car. Kamil was wonderful! He came to my car and checked it out. He said he would do it while I waited. It was done so quickly and Kamil didn't charge me. That was more than a pleasant surprise.From this point, on Route 114 Sunoco is where I will bring my car for service! Thank you, Kamil!Not sure why the review is showing that I am from San Francisco, CA. I'm in Middleton, MA.

I cannot recommend this service station more highly. I have been coming here for over 6 years now and each time I come both Kamal and Patrick deliver outstanding service. They are honest, hardworking and always there to help when needed! If you are looking for a trustworthy place to service your car, get and oil change or inspection sticker, look no further!

Just plain RUDE needed an inspection sticker guy in the bay just bumped his head up like what do you want I said I need a sticker he rolled his eyes like I was bothering him. He hasn't said a word yet mind you pointed over to the parking spots so I went and parked. walking to the office he finally says I need the keys ( should have left right then) I said they are in the truck. went in the office the oth guy come right in to get the $35 wait a bit then mr wonderful comes in says you failed (what a surprise) you ha a break light out and the tint on your windows (which has been on the truck for years) is too dark you need to rip it off. Didn't even offer to change the bulb. Left there went and got a new bulb then went to another station explained what happened this guy did another full inspection passed no problem like it always has. If you hate your job go somewhere else STAY AWAY is all I can suggest
