I would like to share my experience with a service that offers fast and excellent service. While I did encounter some employees who were a bit unfriendly, the overall process was incredibly quick. The service might be slightly more expensive, but the benefit of a rapid signing-up process and receiving the truck keys is worth it. You can truly be in and out in no time—just make sure you have your proof of insurance ready. Overall, my husband and I found it to be a very efficient experience.

I have called 5 times now to check if they have 2" thick foam board. Every time I'm transferred the call drops. I told them this the last 2 times I talked to someone but I still get transferred. Don't worry I'll just come in again and do it my self. Never ask Home Depot employee for help.

Do not under any circumstances use this store for a kitchen install. They don't know what they are doing, and they will make you pay in full, then when there is a problem, caused by their incompetence, they will nickel and dime the order, delay without any communication at all, and pass the buck from person to person. They make a good show of saying they will fix things, but the people in the store want no part of that. They want to save the billion dollar company a few bucks, at the expense of the consumer who was the victim of their incompetence. They are nice, but they use that niceness to be dishonest. I signed off on my final design, paid in full for the cabinets, and they changed the design after the fact without telling me. I had them out to the house to fix the mess, once again signed off on a design to fix the mess they made, and I just found out they are changing it AGAIN!! Don't trust them and please don't give them your money or your business.

Worst customer service. I ordered a shower surround online with my debit card that came completely damaged. Unfortunately, they do not sell these in store. My plumber was installing this weekend! So I went in to get another one that they sell in store. Nini at customer service and the supposed store manager Jen have no customer experience what so ever. They were RUDE and of no help what so ever. They made excuses and blamed the company for not being able to resolve my problem. If you pay with a debit card in store you have the option of getting cash back, but if you pay with a debit online you don't have that option. Home depot, train your employees to not treat loyal customers as thieves! These 2 treated me like I was a criminal and was trying to steal from them. All I wanted was a little customer service. I guess the 10s of thousands of dollars i've spent at Home Depot in the last 3 months for a house remodel don't mean anything! Shame on you and shame on your rude employees!

Apparently Curbside Pickup means, you have to go in because the link you received via text doesn't load on your iPhone. So you go in with your ID and the order number so a kid can drag the box to the entrance (didn't have a dolly) and you drive to the entrance to put whatever it is in your own vehicle. Class A service!

Our washing machine broke and we needed to purchase a new one. We shop at home depot a lot, so seemed like a sure bet it would all work out. They outsource their delivery service. The delivery crew left us with an unleveled and wobbly machine, they failed to level it and even check for a wobble before they left. The water hook up was leaking all over the floor after they left. They broke the connection to our dryer's steam function as well. I now understand why people shop locally at mom&pop stores - you can actually get someone on the phone, for starters! We eventually reached the delivery team and they say they cant come out to fix it for 1-2 weeks due to scheduling. Will never purchase an appliance from home depot in the future, just to avoid this mess.

I bought 2 Doors, a storm door and inside door back in August. I paid half down and the rest on my Home Depot card which I am still paying because the doors were expensive, $3000 for the 2 doors installed. I am still waiting for these 2 doors. I have been constantly lied to about the whereabouts of them. I was told back in October that they were on the truck for delivery and again the same lie in November. I called the cooperate office and was told the doors were not even on order. When I reported this information to someone higher up at the store she told me this was not true information and the doors would be in the 3rd week of December. I called her and was unable to reach her and don't even know what I am going to do next about this but I've been a very regular customer for 15 years now constantly doing repairs to my home using this store and I can tell you I have spent my last penny ever in this store. They are nothing but liars!! Betty G

After over a year since my last horrible experience, I ventured into the Danvers Home Depot (Independence Way}, I was hoping that the Customer Service dept had been revamped and that there was an overall general improvement in employee attitude and work ethic. I was sorely disappointed, ad nauseum. Asked an employee/greeter for location of needed items. Was told "Aisle 10." Thoroughly checked that aisle, to no avail. Asked another employee and was told "Aisle 7." This was a repeat exercise in futility. Went to CS and a short, grey-haired CS rep with an abrupt and thoroughly antagonistic attitude, spat out "Aisle 10." When I explained that I had already looked there, she yelled "Well, that's where they are." My poor 85 year old mother asked me, as I walked away, "Why are there so many people in CS standing around with their arms folded, and why don't they help us?" She, too, was fatigued from walking around with no assistance or valid information given from the employees. I explained that, despite the unemployment rolls, that Home Depot had scraped the bottom of the work force barrel, AGAIN! After locating a more helpful employee, she sent us down an aisle and told us that a few end caps on our left, was where we could locate the items. No, but retracked to the right...and located the items. I went to CS to apprise the group that the items were located at the end of Aisle 8. They seemed annoyed at having their gabfest interrupted by a customer with info. Such an appalling lack of capable, personable, helpful humans in that CS dept. Hey, I did buy a plastic mailbox from you....perhaps you would like to hire it? It certainly must have a better work skill set, and undoubtably a higher IQ. You could put a black sparkly mask on it, like that (one of many) useless CS rep!
