5 Stars for Customer Service with Tatiyanna!!! I went into the store to get supplies for our move. I didn’t know where to start and how to envision a strategy. She helped me through the entire thing with patience, insight and amazing suggestions. SO GRATEFUL!! Customer Service is an Art and she is a master at it!! In a world were the connection piece is becoming less and less, she is a GEM and Treasure. Moving is a BIG deal and can add a lot of stress. Having a solid plan makes things a lot less stressful. Thank you Tatiyanna!!!

When we went to retrieve our belongings from our storage unit, everything was covered in mold, dead bugs, spiderwebs, and concrete dust. You’re better off storing your stuff in a shed than here.

I’m a veteran and committed suicide, and lived. This lovely place towed to my abandoned car, didn’t tell me, and now I owe 3k in fines. Do not waste your time here.

During pickup, ALL THREE associates had ZERO knowledge about U-Haul auto transports, provided faulty equipment, and REFUSED to do anything about it. We had to contact customer support ourselves, wait for a resolution, and drive all the way to the Salem, MA to get help from the general manager there. Spent 4 hours solving a problem that should have been resolved at the original pickup location by experts. Instead, we were assisted by Danver's stooges.

The woman in the office is the best. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient at her job. Trailers are in good shape but the staff their especially the manager are what makes it so easy to rent from this location.

This location is the absolute best in the area. The trucks are well maintained and the staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. After having absolutely horrible experiences with some of the other locations in the area I was so happy to find the Danvers U-Haul. Keep up the excellent work!
