Buyer beware: Returned an item literally within 10 minutes of purchase. Was charged a 6% “fee”. This is blatant theft. I called around other shops in the area and seems like this is the only dive shop that does this. Honestly better make your purchase online. If you feel you need to promote local honest businesses there are plenty of honest dive shops around the area who care about customer experience. Oh they showed me the fine print on the receipt to show me that they had mentioned the return fee. If the disclaimer is on the receipt which is produced post transaction how is that a valid disclaimer?
EDIT: We also returned the product because we found that they did not offer the bundle price that was advertised on the products page. Guess greed has no bounds to a point where you need to deceive your customer. Also they are lying that there is a disclaimer on the register. There are plenty of small business dive shops around the area who do not charge 6% transaction fee. I have reported this store to the consumer bureau. I will also report your store to scuba pro and Teric and all other brands you carry. I hope your brands agree with your store policy as well

I am so glad I went to Undersea Divers! After a horrible experience with an aggressive instructor in Florida I wasn't sure I'd be able to try diving again. I reached out to the Whitney at Undersea Divers and told her my experience. She knew she had the perfect instructor for me. She was right! Luis was so patient and has a calming personality! Thanks to Whitney and Luis, I am now a certified PADI Open Water Scuba Diver! Thank you Undersea Divers!

I was getting back in the water after a few years away from diving. Whitney and Matt were incredibly helpful with upgrading my gear. I signed up for a refresher dive with Shaun once I got my new reg and wetsuit. The dive with Shaun was excellent! He was really helpful and we had an enjoyable morning shore dive. I can't say enough about how the staff at Undersea Divers made this an incredible experience for me!

Buy from Amazon instead. I went to buy a dive watch and the corresponding transmitter. The listed prices at the shop matched what I saw on Amazon, and so I thought it would be a good buy as I would be helping a local business rather than a giant company. However, after purchasing, I realized the price ended up being higher than what was listed on Amazon. When I attempted to return the items within only a few minutes, the employee stated the shop charged a 3% fee for purchases using the card and another 3% fee for returns. The man said this policy was on the receipt, but if it is on the receipt, I have obviously already paid and been charged the fee. Especially on purchases where the fee would be large, the shop truly should clarify any additional charges.

Undersea is the best dive shop in MA, and possibly the best I’ve ever been to. The owner, Whitney, cares about her customers and enthusiastically supports them growing as divers! Everyone there is genuinely kind and knowledgeable, and they helped me transition from tropical diving to cold water diving seamlessly. Always tons of gear to rent and for sale. Undersea is your best bet for diving in MA in the north shore! Happy diving! ? ?

Undersea Divers are extremely professional and friendly. Willing to go to great lengths to provide the customer with the best possible diving experience. I recently got my full Open Water Cert and all needed gear from these guys and enjoyed every moment of it. My Dive instructor, Larry, was awesome, very knowledgeable and experienced. Kudos to Undersea Divers!!

I have cerebral palsy and recently got into adaptive diving. Whitney, Sean, and the entire staff did everything they could to make sure the journey was a success and IT WAS! They have treated me like family and I’m forever grateful!
