Came out lumpy. I had to pick off nail polish from the sides and under. The manicurist was messy leading to them cutting the sides of my nails way too short. Still hurts three days later. Waste of money.

First time coming here today. It was spur of the moment, I was avoiding the downpour outside! I was able to be helped right away. Lynn did a lovely job on my gel manicure. I have not had a manicure in few months. My nails were in rough shape from all my time in the garden. She was thorough and very careful in her work. I plan on going back to her again.

My gel manicure lasted two days. I went back to get it fixed and they said come back tomorrow. When i did they said once again said can you come back tomorrow. I said i couldn't. It would only take 5 mins to fix it. They kept saying 10 mins at least 2 times and they still were not ready. Do not let the guy do your nails. He does not know what he is doing. And the women just laughed when he heard me say it was a guy. Notworth the $2.00 you save. Go to the Salem Nail Bar. Much more professional and know how to do manicures.

My nails started chipping 2 days after they did them. I went back twice. The first time they said come back tomorrow. I came back and then they said come back the next day. I told them i live 30 mins away and couldn't. No one wanted to fix them. Then they said wait 10 mins and after 10 mins wait 10 more mins. I could tell they were not going to fix them. I told them i would do them myself if they gave me the remover and they all just laughed. Their gel manicures last at most one week. I recommend salem nail bar. They care about their customers and they do a better job. Don't waste your money.

my nails turned out extremely sloppy and disgusting. my cuticles are ripped apart and ugly. there is nail polish all over my nails and cuticles. and finally i asked for a gem on one of my nails and the lady would not do it because “they are not for you”.

My nail technician was extremely aggressive she sliced my my cuticle open with the nail drill while she was removing my gel polish I asked for French tips the most simple design and she couldn’t even do it and continued to get mad and complaining with the other nail technicians laughing and pointing I let her finish painting my toes a she kept sticking her finger nail into the cuticle that she had already cut my toe was bleeding the whole time and she insisted it was normal so I refused to let her angry self massage me after she already hurt me ridiculous horrible and extremely unprofessional don’t be afraid to speak up when a service you’re paying for is getting done horrible don’t waste your money here .Service: Pedicure

Website and door says they close at 6pm - walked in at 4:45 and they told me they’re closed. Even though the sign and website state 6pm. Drove 30 mins to their location. Annoying.

Since when a nail place can't do nails...Or better said nail places can't do nail unless you pay for a full manicure and a full pedicure, then is ok to work on your nails. They don't simple do a refill or a change color. That's for them is a waste of their time.Services: Nail cut & filing

The worst. Stay away. They don't know how to make or honor an appointment. Kept waiting over 30 minutes on two occasions. Loved the salon for years with Tina as owner. Not now. Tried both gel and powder dip nails. Terrible quality. Will not be back.

Had gel manicure with Susan a few times now and she never disappoints! My manicure stays beautiful for weeks and she always changes the polish on my toes to match even if I don’t get a pedicure. Reasonable prices and clean!Service: Manicures
