I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store. Upon calling in advance to inquire about a return without a receipt, the store operator assured us that we could return the item for store credit. However, upon arriving at the store after a 25-minute drive, the elderly gentleman at the service desk denied our request, stating that he managed both the front desk and the electronics department.
His customer service skills were lacking, and we were frustrated by the inconsistent information provided. We were told that we could return the item and expected to receive store credit, as I have successfully done with other retailers such as Walmart. This experience was disappointing and inconvenient. The elderly man needs a wake up call for his customer service skills.

One cashier at the checkout and four self-serve cashier stands for lines of customers that stretch to fifty feet or more. To make matters worse, the one cashier seemed to be a trainee and in no hurry to learn, while the air was constantly filled with the recorded voice of her artificial counterpart calling for assistance. This was the case last week at approximately 4:00 pm on a Friday.
The situation on the floor was no different; overworked and under informed staff members were stocking shelves in departments they were not familiar with.
Yes, Walmart prices may be lower than other large department stores, but I was constantly reminded that there is, indeed, no such thing as a free lunch.

food was limited and not well stocked. Not a grocery store like other Walmarts, and what they had in stock for food was quite limited. For a Walmart, I consider it average
