Unfortunately, I booked this transportation company for wedding day transportation. However, due to lack of communication in the weeks leading up to my wedding, I decided to hire another company instead. John, the owner stated he apologized and would give me a refund but he never did. Reading other reviews, this seems like a pattern and could be reflective of a fraudulent business. Would not recommend as they are incompetent, unreliable and terrible at communicating with their customers. The fact I didn’t get a refund after they did not provide any service to me is the cherry on top. Really disappointed in this business- don’t use!

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with Webb Transportation and I am sharing that here, to hopefully help someone else avoid the same situation.
During the planning process, John was kind and helpful. We talked on the phone and emailed numerous times. My husband and I needed 2 buses and 2 limos for our wedding day - 1 limo for the bridal party and 1 limo for the groom’s party. We decided to take advantage of the discount for paying 100% up front, and thus paid for all 4 vehicles. John and I went over the timeline, schedule, and details numerous times via email and phone calls. An important note, we needed two limos because both sides of the wedding party needed to arrive separately about 30 minutes a part, which would have been impossible to do with just one limo.
A few weeks before the wedding, we realized we needed another bus for our guests. Unfortunately, there were none available but we knew this was our fault for waiting. John was accommodating and explained that the 2 buses could do multiple trips, which would be perfect. This was also put in writing. We shared this information with our guests. On the day of the wedding, when the first limo showed up for the bridal party, the driver informed me that he would be late picking up the groomsmen. I told him this would not be an issue since we have two limos. He told me he was the only limo and was told to do both trips. He said he had no further information because he didn’t work for John, and was contracted out. He said John hadn’t been answering his phone calls. I immediately called John, and was told that he would resolve it. I never got a phone call back and things were never resolved.
As a result, my husband and half his wedding party were forced to drive to the venue, while the other half waited for the limo and was late for pictures. In addition, I found out later that the shuttle drivers were extremely rude to the guests and refused to do multiple trips until the buses were full, which didn’t happen until the end of the night. People were sitting on the shuttle waiting for 30-45 plus minutes. Some decided to uber back to the hotel.
A few days after the wedding, I reached out to John explaining the issues. I asked, at the very least, for a refund on the 2nd limo, since we paid almost $800 for a vehicle that never showed up. It seems that there never was a second limo, despite us fully paying for it months ago and having it in our signed contract. John never responded to me. I’m accepting that we lost the money, but I think this whole situation was extremely unprofessional and unfair. Maybe a refund is out of the question, but a simple acknowledgment and apology would have been greatly appreciated. I’m sharing our experience in the hopes that our story will help someone else and to warn people to think twice before using this company.

We booked their service in November 2024 for our August 2025 wedding. What was advertised sounded great with 2 hours use at the front and back end of the wedding. When it came down to wedding time their communication with us was terrible, it took us 2-3 attempts to reach them constantly, they gave us a time frame that didn’t initially work and we would have to constantly call them back to get answers as this was adding a lot of stress being less than a week before our wedding. Didn’t get an actual answer on a time frame until the day before our wedding in which their attitude during our conversations was also terrible. We received responses like “we didn’t hear from you guys” (not true) and “do what you want”. It was some of the most adolescent and unprofessional communication I have received from a business. I also don’t know if they know the area as well as they claim to considering time estimation was off and the wedding was delayed by 15-20 minutes. They are only receiving 2 stars because they ended up getting the job done, although late. Would not recommend

Recent airport drop off and pick up. Service was 5 star, driver arrived early despite a 3:00 am pick up, car was clean, driver was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Webb Trans to anyone looking for a reliable car service.

This company is a joke, and shouldn’t even be in business. I was part of a wedding that used this service this past weekend. The driver was late, the owner, John, was bombarded with calls and emails in the days leading up and he never responded to anything.
The driver was in street clothes and the bus looked like it was about 30 years old. There was rust and paint peeling all over it, the panels on the inside of the bus were falling off, it was a disgrace, I can’t believe that’s what they send out to pick up wedding guests in. Then we find out that the bus that was used, license plate 39444 had a suspended registration, along with having an inspection sticker that expired in January. This is public information that you can look up on the Mass RMV site. I will attach a screenshot from RMV site to substantiate these claims. Purely despicable behavior.
Very shady owner, and vehicles that figuratively, and literally, shouldn’t even be on the road. Do not even think about wasting your money and putting your safety at risk by dealing with this place, they should be shut down by the state. Stay away!!!

I've been using WebbTrans for a few years now for airport shuttles and felt compelled to leave a review after a recent experience. I had booked a ride to the airport about a week in advance but realized the night before—around 7 PM—that I had mistakenly selected a 5:30 PM pickup instead of 5:30 AM.
I immediately called and emailed WebbTrans, and by the next morning, they had already adjusted the reservation. Sure enough, there was a car in my driveway right on time at 5:30 AM.
I was fully prepared to drive myself to the airport, but I was so impressed and grateful to John Webb and the team for going above and beyond to fix my mistake. Outstanding service!

We were a party of 9 people including 2 young children with a late evening Logan pickup. We were supposed to be picked up by a 15 passenger bus at the terminal. Instead, we were picked up by 2 cars that were parked in Central Parking at the Limo lot. There was no communication about the change in transportation or pickup location. After we had our luggage, we went outside looking for the bus. Finally, after several failed attempts to contact someone, one of the drivers came over and told us go to the Limo lot. This meant going back inside the terminal, taking 2 elevators and a skywalk to the Central Parking lot. We needed 2 luggage carts and carried an asleep 4-year-old. The cars were cramped for 2 of the passengers and the bags got split up. Our driver on the way to Beverly went through one red light and was going over 80 mph on Route 1. (Our driver on the way to the airport also was going over 80 mph and tailgating). Another member of our party sent an email to the owner of the company stating our dissatisfaction and never heard back.

Had two outstanding trips with Webb Transportation this past week. Both trips into Biston, both drivers excellent, friendly, professional and timely. Alexa was great at accommodating last minute changes to our wedding and rehearsal dinner transportation. Guests reported that all went smoothly and they really appreciated the driver's capability and flexibility.

This is a very reliable company in terms of communication and timely transportation, including pick up and drop off. We appreciated the professionalism of the excellent drivers and the Webb transportation people. The vehicles were clean and bottled water was offered on our return home. We highly recommend using this company for transportation to and from the airport!

We had a disappointing experience with Webb Transportation for our wedding. This company came recommended to us by our experienced wedding planning team. While our driver and bus were great, Webb set us an invoice for $195 two months after our wedding. We tried to contact them multiple times via email and phone and received only a one-line description of the charge saying it was for “additional time.” We had to call Webb multiple times to request more information about the charge, and our calls were never returned. Ultimately, they claimed that the charge was for an hour of service provided on our wedding day that we had not paid for through our original contract and agreement. This was unclear and confusing, especially based on prior communication with the team.In the future, we’ll seek out transportation companies with better communication and professionalism on their admin teams.
