“These guys are so kind and helpful! I pulled in there because I had an issue with my car where the sunroof glass randomly exploded into pieces due to a manufacturing defect. I pulled into their shop simply asking if I could leave my car in their parking lot, because me and my wife were on the way to an NHL game at TD garden and we now needed to take an Uber bc my car wasn't safe to drive. They not only allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot until later that night, the owner also offered to cover the broken window with crash wrap for no charge! I will definitely be going there in the future for any of my auto repair needs! Thanks again to the team at Boston Auto Collision Center.”

“John and his technicians are simply incredible. He is tremendously responsive, always available to answer questions, and his work is impeccable. He and his wife, Bethany, are an amazing team. It is always a pleasure to see them. They are so kind that you want and sit and have coffee with them. But, they are way too busy for that! Never going to happen. ?”

“Like everyone else's family, we live at an insane pace, shuttling kids all over planet Earth to events, sports, etc. we tend to postpone necessary car maintenance until it reaches crisis level. Our minivan was on the brink of disaster last Monday morning . My steering wheel was shaking so badly, I knew that I could not wait another minute to get repaired. Who do we all call to reverse the damage that our negligence causes? You know it: get JJ Gianakakis at John's Auto in Ipswich, Massachusetts on the phone! I knew my request was nearly impossible, but I told JJ my problem. He directed me to drop my van off immediately at his shop. Within an hour, JJ diagnosed a significant issue that could've been fatal. I needed new tires... like, three months ago! I figured that JJ would have my van in his shop for a couple of days, if not longer... but my pain was self-inflicted, so I would suffer the inconvenience of going without a vehicle to get my problems fixed by JJ. He moved mountains to get the four new tires. He also expertly repaired a heater problem I have been battling for more than a year. And to help me get my life in order, JJ quickly hooked me up with a long-overdue oil change. Within the span of 12 hours, JJ's wizardry got my car repaired and back on the road to hockey practice at 6:30 PM. How many business owners anticipate your needs? John Gianakakis is an expert -- responsive, honorable, and simply indispensable in our Ipswich community. THANK YOU, J!”

“Three off us ladies were traveling in a rental car from out of state when our car started making a scary noise. We just happened to be in front of Sullivan tire and auto in Peabody so we pulled into the parking lot. The wonderful amazing guy named Drew came out and helped diagnose the problem. We needed a tow but the guys invited us in to call roadside, charge our phones, gave us coffee. I was in a very stressful situation I’d never been in before far from home but Drew made me feel like my dad was there helping us out. You are so lucky to have him. What a nice bunch of guys and a great business. Their sign says something about treating customers like family. It’s very true. Spend your money here!”

“We just picked up my wife's Mercedes from Caribbean Auto Body as the rear had extensive damage from a hit and run. It was the third time we have used Jose and his team over the past 10+ years and everything about the experience has been 5 star. He is prompt, professional, coordinated everything and the car of course looks great. I would highly recomend this business and would never use anyone else for auto body work.”

“Recently I had a slow leak on my tire, and when I took it to the tire shop they said my wheel had a crack, and they referred me to Wheel Repair Specialist. They fixed my wheel, I picked it up by the end of next day. Girls on the front desk were very friendly and explained the process, making it very easy for me. I recommend this place!”
