My mother and I have spent 4 days and 16 hours on the phone with these people. They are a monopoly or we'd drop service. The people who answer the phones here are chronic liars. We've been lied to and gaslit about things we are verifiably able to prove as true. The issues never got resolved, we've been sent to over 15 different representatives. I now don't have functional location services as they have permanently locked me as living in CT. I don't. Now I can never do telemedicine on my internet again and they refuse to do anything. These people are abusive and a class action lawsuit needs to filed against this company by some organisation or the state

Store was pretty packed when I went in but I was helped out quickly. Service was very good, Gilbert especially was super helpful and made the experience much better!

Texted Xfinity help support, they were supposed to send out updated router and boxes. Never came 2 weeks later. Went to store. Employee was totally uninterested in helping, no apology or questions asked. Just here take this, see ya later. Went home and router wouldn’t work. Tried online activation and phone number they gave me, nothing worked. Went back to store 2 days later and same attitude from different employee. Ridiculous considering how much money we all spend there MONTHLY! Absurd that you can’t get someone on the phone AT ALL. Unacceptable. Elderly people must be just hung out to dry. Atleast the employees at the store could have some manners (I said hi how are you, got no response). Respect? Compassion?!? None of it there. Do better! I’ll be changing services soon.

Knowledgeable, respectful, courteous. Things don't necessarily get done quickly when there's multiple issues. Recently, had billing, revamping of service plan, acquisition of cphn service ~ took 4 (Four) hrs on not waiting consistent service to get everything done❗️❗️❗️
I don't care for the company method of connecting with the billing dept. It is wholly lacking. The cphn service is wonky ~ often cannot make connecting phn call & conversely, I weekly miss receiving incoming call(s) from regular callers while on my WiFi & the phone in hand & the call doesn't ring at my end(!!!!!!!). About to surrender cable box to save $100. p/mo & switch to satellite TV. Will swap-out router for updated one.
