Thank You AT&T for a Customer Service Representative named Brendon at The Dartmouth MA Location - As I walked in the door. He greeted me with a magnificent smile. I mentioned to Brandon I was in need of a new phone because my phone had fallen into my Jacuzzi. He offered me a seat at the table. As he brought up my account on a large sheet of paper he made me aware of everything I was eligible for. He was kind, knowledgeably smart with a great sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed with Brendon’s explanation and itemization as to what my bill would look like after everything was said and done.It was a Joy to be in Brendon’s presence because he exceeds in the Customer & Sales Category’s. I would highly recommend my friends & family to the Dartmouth Phone Center Store.Sincerely, Cheryl R Walwyn.

While I did wait less than 5 minutes for a rep, several other people came in during the set up of our new device. I watched 4 other associates refuse to help more than two other sets of customers. While Ryan, the associate I was working with got more and more pressured to finish up with us quickly.He was really great to work with, however seeing the other associates completely ignore the other customers was disheartening to say the least.Hopefully they can improve the team building to improve in the future.

Wanted to change from pre paid to a financed plan and keep my same phone number. Staff said “we can’t do that here you have to call customer service”. Left, called customer service only to have them say “they are supposed to do that in store bc I don’t have access to both accounts, sounds like they don’t know what they’re doing”

Been with AT&T 15 plus years last years been bad did a trade online and lost the phone never got the money for the phone, decided to open another line with them had another phone to trade in but this time wasn't going to send it I'm going to bring it myself when to Dartmouth rt6 brought the phone the one I wanted they didn't had so I ordered didn't want to take the phone because I ordered fine he said I could bring it any AT&T so brought it to Kingshihgway I was closer to them now they saying total different amount of what the Dartmouth said unbelievable after I open the line and everything

I don't like leaving negative reviews. However, about a month after purchasing a new phone, I'm realizing I was lied to on multiple things by sales associate. I don't know if they lie to customers because they are making commission or whatever but it's not ethical.(First lie)I went in store wanting to purchase new galaxy23+ and to keep my existing plan. I wanted to pay for the phone in full outright. Was told "No, we don't do that here". Found out a week later that this was in fact possible to do so, after calling 1-800 customer service number, and was given the website link to do so. So, I indeed paid the phone off in full, to avoid being locked into a 3 year installment plan.(Second lie)I was told I was only eligible for the "premium unlimited plan" which was about $20 more per month than what I am used to paying. Also, found out about a week later by calling customer service that I could change my plan back to my recent plan. So I did just that.(Third lie)Was unknowingly sold insurance on this phone, which is an extra $18 per month on top of the new "premium plan". I told the customer service rep to please remove that immediately off my account. I was never told of, or aware of insurance and was not interested.Anyways long story short, you go into a physical store expecting things to be explained properly. Especially on a big phone purchase. I didn't appreciate the great lengths I had to go to figure all this out. No wonder why so many people choose other phone companies. I've been with AT&T for over 20 years.

Brendan and Phillip (Manager) were very helpful after I received an almost $500 bill due to a billing error. They walked me through the process of fixing it and helped me every step of the way. I walked out of there with my problem completely solved and then some. I highly recommend seeking out these two for any problem you may have.

I've had AT&T mobile service for a bit over nine years when we returned to the States after 14 years overseas. At that time I never set up my voicemail. I finally terminated my other phone service this year and at the same time moved from CT to MA. During the course of my time with AT&T I've had various phones, all SIM card based. It was time to setup voicemail and needless to say, doing so was not possible so I booked an appointment with my local shop in Dartmouth, MA. Philip handled my case and after an hour of time, mainly online and on the phone with AT&T, managed to get the voicemail setup. He was knowledgeable, patient and got the job done. Highly recommended!

The young man working there, that helped me out was friendly, courteous, intelligent, and very respectful. His name is Matt and if I have to go to that store again I would certainly ask for him to help me again. He made my visit to the store a pleasant experience. Dropped my phone and Needed a new Screen I could not see anything on my phone went to AT&T store in Dartmouth MA. , The 2 TechniciansRebecca (5 ?'s )and Angus (5?'s ???) who was in training exceeded in every way Possible .. thank You Bothe for excellent service..
