Would not cash a business check through a business account because I do not have a personal account, yet they have cashed same type of check in the past.

Bank of America has to be the worst bank I have entered. They wanted to CHARGE ME $8.00 to cash a check issued from their bank. I went to this bank to be sure the check the person gave me didn't bounce. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS BANK FOR ANY REASON... 1 STAR TO MANY. Whoever posted 5 stars must work there.. 2.7 tells the whole story..

The customer service is terrible , sometimes they rudely hang up the phone on you while you had waited 30 minutes for them to answer ….

Location manager is incompetent, declined to cash a check written to me from Bank of America after providing a valid ID and my social security card. Makes me curious why a company would require a social security card if they don't actually do anything with it.

hate to do it. super inefficient. one of biggest issues is the drive thru teller machine breaks or someone breaks it - fair enough- but they should have a contractor in to fix it within a week. often times you cant use the drive thru for 3 weeks or a month before its fixed. brutal.

Forget calling... Called 3:50...No one answered even though I tried multiple times. It hits 4pm exactly and now automated service says they are CLOSED... YAAAA... NO KIDDING... that's why I CALLED AT 3:50...You WEREN'T closed ten minutes ago, employees just didn't want to answer the phone even though I called 4 times. I had a pretty simple question.Apparently 4pm closing really means any time BEFORE 4pm, But DEFINITELY not a minute after 4pm. So, 3:45.3:50, 3:52, 3:55, 3:57, 3:58 can POSSIBLY be closing time. But Absolutely 4pm. Got it. Thanks. Why put ANY closing time at all? What if I walked or drove up TEN minutes prior to closing... Does it depend on the day? The weather? The manager on duty? Do I just guess? Or should I absolutely call or show up right when it opens? Bc someone answering the phone for a very simple question is a guess for customers closer to closing time, why not walk ins and drive ups too?! Just glad I didn't drive there and make it ten minutes prior to closing.
