Do not buy a car from these professional con artists. I wish there was a negative star.I bought a hyundai from them. I wanted to put down 3,000 dollars but Scott wrote it up for 1000 and told me he gave me a 1 yr warranty. I got home and realized he charged me over 2000 dollars for my free warranty. He said he would add another year to it at no cost. Dallas didn't change the miles on the paperwork . The motor came apart 6 months later and thank Gid hyundai stood by it and replaces the motor at no cost. I asked if they would fix the paperwork on the so called free warranty and they refused. They write paperwork everyday so I find it hard to image it was a mistake after they refused to fix it. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THEY ARE SHADY they also hide behind 2 different dealers with Navigator

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS! This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in a very long time. We made a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold a 2015 Infinity. We came in one week later with a $1500 cash down payment.Unfortunately, we are fighting a big battle with the credit bureau as something is being misrepresented and ruining our credit unnecessarily. Scott told us he worked his butt off to try and get us financing.They were NOT proactive about keeping me in the loop. I was told someone had a death in the family and my app had been sitting on their desk for over a week. A phone call to let me know would have been very professional but we went days & days without communication. One excuse after another for weeks and weeks. All I wanted was a yes or a no so I had closure and could move forward.Once I was told that financing was not going to happen, Scott told me he would have the owner cut us a check. I emailed a few times referencing $2,000 (the $500 hold deposit and $1500 down-payment) and was not told it would be any other amount. He easily could have told me what was going on.Scott told me to just let him know when my husband would be down so the owner could cut the check and give us our plates back. Yet another opportunity to tell us what our refund was or was not going to be but they conveniently left that out.My husband showed up & they started asking for receipts (when obviously everything is in their computer) Certain types of receipts I now know they never issued and contracts they omitted their own signatures from. Super shady.They said they were doing him a favor by giving him $1000 because we were truly not entitled to anything back. I conceded, we would likely lose the initial $500. But not the remaining $500 that was part of the $1500 down payment. After my husband left the owner told me, VERBATIM on the phone "nothing you give us is refundable". So buyer beware! Even if you sign one document that says $500 is non-refundable, they'll take all $2000! Better Autos policy is "NO MONEY YOU GIVE US IS REFUNDABLE". None.Then it became, "we were doing you a favor", "we shouldn't even give you $1000 back", “we lost time and money chasing a loan”, "where’s the signed receipt that you paid the $1500?” Well, If they require additional paperwork to prove what we gave them, then why would the check they issued us for $1000 say “½ deposit” in the memo if they didn’t know I’d given them $2000 in the first place?They tried to use the excuse that people were asking about the car we had on hold and they lost sales over it. This car has been on the market for over 232 days. It’s been rotting on that lot for the better part of a year but they want to blame me for it not being sold in a 3 to 4 week span. They KNOW I would have taken the cash back, a "sorry we can't get a loan for you" and we would have smiled and parted ways. I even told Scott I would write a great review because I knew how hard he was trying and that's what counted! But then they started d*cking us around and not communicating at all.They tried to tell us they worked so hard to get us a loan and they just couldn't get it done. Yet the very next day I walked into a different dealership, was treated with the utmost respect, got approved through a regular bank and DROVE OFF with a flawless 2018 BMW X1. The SAME DAY.Shame on me for not listening to the other reviews. I encourage anyone reading this to do the same. Don't let them d*ck you around and then gaslight you into thinking you actually were the one who did something wrong.

Bought a truck from these people and had it 3 weeks and been in shop for 2 out of 3 and on top of it even tho it was supposedly coverd under warranty they charged me 400 dollars to fix it even tho everything needed to be fix was mechanical got it back finally and they supposedly fixed it and still messed up smoke started billowing from wheel seal again....will never ever deal with again

I am being generous giving them 2 stars. I really wanted to give them a better review.But from the minute I decided I wanted the vehicle up till today has been a stress mess.I financed and insured the vehicle in March I was then told they were waiting on the payment from the bank..understandable.I ended up waiting 3 weeks for the car... there were many visits...phone calls....I was even told to tell the bank I had possession of the car when I did not.It ended up with a failed inspection sticker.They told me.....Not their problem because I had to wait almost 2 months to get into the dmv.The worst part is in 4 months i put a total of 849 miles and have had to replace the whole muffler...the key fab was no good...the car died in a paring lot.. got it towed and replaced starter...and still have other issues that I know I will be having to fix soon..When you buy a used car there will be issues most of the time but I don't belive they serviced this vehicle when they got it at all.
